"I contracted with Grant Heating & Cooling Inc. to install HVAC system in my home in the spring of 2024. They were very professional and did a very good job. In the winter of 2025 I had a minor problem with one of the Mitsubishi heat pump system units. The company was quick to troubleshoot the situation. The technicians were courteous, knowledgeable about the system and thorough. It required several visits to diagnose the problem and fix it. The manager, Nick was very responsive to the situation which required bringing out an expert from Mitsubishi. All of this work was covered under my warranty. The problem was fixed and I could not speak highly enough about the company’s policies and customer service. I would highly recommend them for all facets of their work and standing behind their installations. I am very happy to be working with them for my continued maintenance. I am a young mother with a 3 month old infant, so getting our hvac fixed is crucial. Vinny canceled on us last minute and rescheduled twice, he bad mouthed other companies who had worked on our system previously, he told us to run our own wires, and then called my father in law stupid for doing it wrong. When I interjected saying that that wasn't very nice and asked my father if we should call someone else, he became irate, yelled at me for saying something, said i ?should mind my business? in my own home, raised his voice loud enough to startle my infant and made him cry, said he ?should have pushed us down the stairs?, and stormed out of the house like a disgruntled prima-donna. The whole situation left me and my baby rattled. This man thinks that the demand for his trade entitles him to speak down to and mistreat customers.Go elsewhere."
