"where do i start .. from a good company being honorable 7 years ago to a shady sketchy company... called the owner RAY recently as my minisplit crashed and died asked if he could come and replace it if i got a new one he said yes he would schedual it ... in conversation all they were to do was replace inside unit outside unit and recharge and be gone/done.. they showed up LATE they chose on their own to rip out the entire system and rewire it leaving holes in the siding that was not discussed (meanwhile i was here on site and so was family member that could call me and facetime if there was a concern) they route the drain line over a casement window as opposed to running it to the drain that was there so now i have possibly water damage issues called the owner he said they told him i told them what to do which was NOT the case (on video) they left a wire hanging out exposed to elements for no reason at all the owner comes by a few days later to 'fix' the issue says not fixing it "

When your HVAC system is loud, a few different causes are possible. If you have loose connections or bolts in the hardware, they can rattle as the system runs and vibrates. If your drain line is clogged, your AC might stop cooling, shut down, or refuse to turn on at all. Otherwise, you might see your AC leaking water, find standing water or water damage near the unit, or notice a musty smell coming out of your air conditioner or vents.
