OIL FURNACE,OIL BOILER , OIL HOT WATER HEATER, WE ARE DOING GAS FURNACE, AND HEAT PUMP SYSTEM HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING.THAT'S ALL , WE DONT DO BASEBOARD, RADIANT,ANY OIL APPLIANCE OR PLUMBING WORK . "The company made an appointmebt with me for 9am and advised I or someone had to be at the property to meet with them. they didn't show up and didn't contact me. I called at 945am and was told the technician was running late due to the previous project. I asked what was his era because I had someone to wait for him at 9am. they said he'll be there soon. I called back at 130pm and the company got annoyed because I called 3 times and was told someone to will be there between 4-5pm. I called back at 515pm and the company got mad and told me tech is coming in 5 minutes and said he didn't care about my account and hung up in mid sentence. after the tech came and diag the problem they told me to replace the boiler or bleed the system as a temp fix. the boss called me back and told me he wanted 400 dollars to bleed the system. I asked why I should pay 400 for a temp fix and waste me money...long story short he said he would come to my house and shit on my lawn because I didn't agree. "

"where do i start .. from a good company being honorable 7 years ago to a shady sketchy company... called the owner RAY recently as my minisplit crashed and died asked if he could come and replace it if i got a new one he said yes he would schedual it ... in conversation all they were to do was replace inside unit outside unit and recharge and be gone/done.. they showed up LATE they chose on their own to rip out the entire system and rewire it leaving holes in the siding that was not discussed (meanwhile i was here on site and so was family member that could call me and facetime if there was a concern) they route the drain line over a casement window as opposed to running it to the drain that was there so now i have possibly water damage issues called the owner he said they told him i told them what to do which was NOT the case (on video) they left a wire hanging out exposed to elements for no reason at all the owner comes by a few days later to 'fix' the issue says not fixing it "
