Ben really took his time to troubleshoot and diagnose issues that should have never existed when a different plumbing company installed our unit a year ago. He took the time to find issues and correct them at a reasonable price. He explains what the other team did incorrectly and how it needed to be fixed. I really like that he was stepwise with repairs and did want to do everything all at once. It is hard to find a good contractor and Ben was top notch. We will be sticking with him for a very long time. Thanks for fixing us up Ben!
