For years I have wanted to update my very old and inefficient American Standard cast iron boiler. I was very fortunate to find Mr Joe Burriesci the owner of Mayjac Plumbing who took the time to evaluate the best options, since the old boiler handled two apartments. We collectively decided to go with two Navien Combi Condensing Boilers, but the best part of the entire process was how meticulous the installation was done. Joe was able to correct the problem while I was away. It's hard to get reliable contractors on the east end of long island on the north fork. He replaced the parts with a better set up where I could remove parts of my oudoor sink for the winter. He took pictures of the final job and emailed them to me. Price was very reasonable. I'm very satisfied overall.
