Small jobs welcome
From dust, dirt and dander to debris and allergens, any number of potentially harmful particles can get trapped inside your duct system. A dirty duct system will continue to re-circulate this contaminated air and, in some cases, it can escape the system and be distributed inside your home. In other cases, it can stay in your ducts and continue to attract even more dust, increasing the amount of contamination day after day.\n

"We have been struggling with the heating system of our brownstone for the past 20 years and had our fair share of HVAC professionals trying to help us. It was not until Chortani Services showed up that our heating problem was solved for good. They are incredibly responsive, very experienced and trustworthy. Thank you!"

"Joe was very respectful, personable and patient and explained what he would do and why to ensure our central air would finally work. It took ALL DAY but he installed an exhaust fan in the ceiling with attic ducts to draw out hot air, performed a chemical wash of the condenser, installed a wifi thermostat that required a new transformer and taught me how to use it. I LOVE being able to monitor indoor and outdoor temps on the app and I can see that our summer tenants are using it and that the AC is working great when needed."

"I sent a message to the company in the late evening regarding my broken central AC and Jason was here Tuesday morning to look at it. He tried to repair it but was not able to due to the age of the unit and the damage. We needed a new unit and he was here to put it in first thing Wednesday morning. Took him two hours and our AC was working. He was nice and professional. We felt the price was reasonable. Would use him again and recommend his business."

"Ray was friendly and very professional and you can tell immediately that he was very customer oriented. As far as prices go, he was more than fair compared to the other bids. As a matter of fact I expanded the scope of his work to include a new water heater too. All the equipment supplied was 100% new, still in the factory cartons and the installation work was TOP QUALITY. Ray not only sold me the job but he did the installation too. He and partner Ken, and their assistant (3 man crew total) worked very professionally and effectively. Needless to say I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM."

"Quoted $1500. Two water heaters were dented. Told they would come back on Thursday with one hopefully not dented from the warehouse. Paid the $1500 cash. Still waiting for receipt. Did not pay for overflow tank as that has not been completed. Called Thursday and Friday for updates. No follow up. On Friday - I was told they would call back in 10 minutes. No call back. I called and left message on answering machine."
