They outsourced my work to another company. They barely came to work. They told me I had to wait a year later to stained and sealed. The wood April of 2025I started calling them. I got a hole to Guy he said that he would have someone come out and start the work. No one came here until August of 2025. They sent one guy, 15 gallon bucket of something that wasn't even the color nor was it stain and seal the guy Joey, it took a month. He was here 3 days within that month. And then get half of the fence done, Dennis never answered my calls. I called him over and over again to where they even knew my telephone number and they wouldn't answer the phone so I called for my husband's phone, and then they stopped answering his phone calls. This company is a piece of s***. Do not do not hire them"

"I would hire this company over and over again! Humberto, his son and their guys are amazing! Our bathroom and laundry room had gotten water damage due to a backed up sewer line. Humberto, his son, and their team replaced drywall, baseboards, primed and painted both rooms. They redid the laundry room floors, and the vanity in the bathroom. "Dave Nessel and his stellar company, Unique Construction NY Inc. are the BEST. Allow me tell you why- On May 15th 2022 at 5:45 p.m., my house was hit by, what electrical engineers later estimated, was at least 80,000 volts of lightning. That huge, direct surge of energy destroyed all the systems and contents that made my house more than four walls and a roof. In addition to the bolt of lightning destroying all the systems in the house, it caused a violent, destructive fire. Thankfully I was home at the time of the incident, or the house would have quickly burned down all the way down and my pets would have suffered a terrible fate. Still, after all was said and done what had been my home for seventeen years was reduced to nothing more than an outer shell. I was immediately forced into the position to find, hire, and organize tradesmen from all specialties, negotiate the endless complexities of homeowners insurance, all while trying to find a place to live and continuing my self-employed full-time work schedule. It quickly became clear I needed the services of a general contractor. I interviewed a couple, but as soon as I met Dave I knew he was the man for the job. Dave was always on time or early.
