Allow me tell you why- On May 15th 2022 at 5:45 p.m., my house was hit by, what electrical engineers later estimated, was at least 80,000 volts of lightning. That huge, direct surge of energy destroyed all the systems and contents that made my house more than four walls and a roof. In addition to the bolt of lightning destroying all the systems in the house, it caused a violent, destructive fire. Thankfully I was home at the time of the incident, or the house would have quickly burned down all the way down and my pets would have suffered a terrible fate. Still, after all was said and done what had been my home for seventeen years was reduced to nothing more than an outer shell. I was immediately forced into the position to find, hire, and organize tradesmen from all specialties, negotiate the endless complexities of homeowners insurance, all while trying to find a place to live and continuing my self-employed full-time work schedule. It quickly became clear I needed the services of a general contractor. I interviewed a couple, but as soon as I met Dave I knew he was the man for the job. Dave was always on time or early. He went through the house with a fine tooth comb for hours, noticing things and problems from the destruction I hadn't noticed. His expertise of every level of construction and understanding of all aspects of housing systems (electrical, plumbing, etc) was unmatched by anyone else I had interviewed. Additionally he had an understanding of the homeowner insurance protocols and was able to interject as a supporting role (only when needed, Dave never undermined me -I'm a single female homeowner-) with professional, easy to read, paperwork, accurately demonstrating all costs. I'm confident his detailed documentation made the long slog of negotiations with my insurance representatives a little easier. Under his expert guidance, his company gutted and rebuilt my old house to beautifully modern standards while maintaining its historical charm. The rebuild came in precisely on budget and two weeks early. Dave's company Unique Construction handled my complex situation with upstanding processional skill, old fashioned kindness, and outstanding forthrightness. Dave and his crew treated me with respect, rebuilt my home, and provided a little hand holding & TLC when it seemed I needed it and I'm eternally grateful. "My wife and I hired Kevin Babcock General Contractor to construct a 3 season room addition to our home. Kevin quoted a very reasonable price, for the project which included a start and end date, for the job. The project was started and finished within the scheduled time. Kevin is excellent with communicating what is going to happen, on the project, on a regular basis. He also answers any question you may have during the course of the job. His people are very professional and skilled, at all aspects of the project. In addition to the construction Kevin also handled all of the paper work including filing the plans, which we had already prepared, through to delivery of the C of O. Kevin also provided additional value, to the project, which just made it better, at no extra cost. There was almost a $300 estimate before starting the job estimate was never supplied blamed, getting a permit, which other plumber was able to get in less than a day never heard back until I complained still have not received an estimate play they did not wanna do the job and just took the money."

"I would hire this company over and over again! Humberto, his son and their guys are amazing! Our bathroom and laundry room had gotten water damage due to a backed up sewer line. Humberto, his son, and their team replaced drywall, baseboards, primed and painted both rooms. They redid the laundry room floors, and the vanity in the bathroom. Everything looks amazing, and we have already discussed with them if they can redo the rest of downstairs, paint upstairs and my kitchen cabinets. "In 2024I hired pro. Solutions to build a back deck with an extension. I asked them to rebuild my front porch, and I put a fence around my yard. They are a scam artist. They outsourced my work to another company. They barely came to work. They told me I had to wait a year later to stained and sealed. The wood April of 2025I started calling them. I got a hole to Guy he said that he would have someone come out and start the work. No one came here until August of 2025. They sent one guy, 15 gallon bucket of something that wasn't even the color nor was it stain and seal the guy Joey, it took a month. He was here 3 days within that month. And then get half of the fence done, Dennis never answered my calls. I called him over and over again to where they even knew my telephone number and they wouldn't answer the phone so I called for my husband's phone, and then they stopped answering his phone calls. This company is a piece of s***. Do not do not hire them"
