He did extra things such as removing a trash compactor that we never used and replacing it with a pull-out garbage container and installing a lazy Susan. After the initial project was complete he didn’t disappear but made several suggestions (replacing the window trim, resurfacing a bulletin board area, installing a new light) that we agreed to and which really add to the look. All this and his estimate was considerably lower than larger companies."
