So, back in June 21st, 2025, I decided to hire Prosolutions Home Innovations to build a deck for me. You know, just wanted to spruce up the place a little. But let me tell you, for a good 3 months, nothing happened. Just a bunch of false promises and delays. It was like pulling teeth trying to get a hold of them, I swear. I tried texting, calling, all that jazz. They were pros at dodging me, tell ya. And get this, within those 3 months, the deck I already had was torn down. Can you believe it? Torn down without a deck to replace it. They kept feeding me lies about when they were gonna actually start building the new one. My family missed out on our whole summer vacation all because of these scammers. So, had to bite the bullet and hire another contractor to finally get our deck done, otherwise, we'd be missing out on enjoying the fall weather too. Lesson learned, right? In 2024I hired pro. Solutions to build a back deck with an extension. I asked them to rebuild my front porch, and I put a fence around my yard. They are a scam artist. They outsourced my work to another company. They barely came to work. They told me I had to wait a year later to stained and sealed. The wood April of 2025I started calling them. I got a hole to Guy he said that he would have someone come out and start the work. No one came here until August of 2025. They sent one guy, 15 gallon bucket of something that wasn't even the color nor was it stain and seal the guy Joey, it took a month. He was here 3 days within that month. And then get half of the fence done, Dennis never answered my calls. I called him over and over again to where they even knew my telephone number and they wouldn't answer the phone so I called for my husband's phone, and then they stopped answering his phone calls. This company is a piece of s***. Do not do not hire them

I hire them to do my front deck and expand my back deck and put up a privacy fence. It took them for ever to get the permits. Didn't have enough crew because they take on more than they can crew. They ghosted me for a couple of weeks . Ppl quitting on them .They put up my fence without a survey and went off of my word . Where i thought my property was. My neighbor said my fence was on her property . Pro Solutions charged me and extra $1500 dollars to move the fence. I had to pay $1000. For Trout Creek to come out and survey my property. They out sourced my deck to a another company that's why they ghosted me because they were looking for someone to build my deck . The new company came and was working hard and fast . Then they didn't report to work a few days . When they came back I asked them what happen ? They told me they wasn't getting paid . So they wasn't working until they got paid . They got paid and those guys were great. NOT PRO SOLUTIONS these guys are pieces of shit

The team did a major renovation for us and they did very nice work. Communication was very good, everyone was courteous and hard working, and we are very happy with the end results.

Remember to ask for different levels of flooring to see what amount of money gets you what quality of flooring. Sales wont do that unless you ask.

We have had some other projects done â … that were fantastic! One little personal project was left ... a personal pet peeve... an area that had a short sink and wouldn't fit the pedestal sink I had hoped for. How lucky I am to have this team !! They "saw" what I was thinking ð ¤ and made it into a beautiful and real world working realistic solution!! I am thrilled! They EXCEEDED expectations on the project. Furthermore.. everyone ... we met / texted / talked to / invited into the home ... was wonderful, hard working, respectful and skillful! Thank you ð Looking forward to our next project!!! Would recommend to anyone and everyone I know.

Guy and his crew were terrific. Very detail oriented, worked fast and efficiently, finishing the job a day ahead of schedule, and cleaned up completely after they were done.

Great work and great deal on flooring options

So happy with everything done so far ! The flooring in the bathroom, bed and office are lovely and make the house look easily 20 years newer! We ran into a hiccup on the bathroom sink... promised a quick and easy response and resolution... hopeful to resolve this week!

I highly recommend it. They installed laminate wood floor and carpet as well and the whole experience has been amazing. We are very happy with the results. The boss and the crew are very profesional, clean, respectful and focused in their job.

If I could give them ten stars I would. We had a positive experience from the first call to completion of the job. Their work was impeccable and the crew was super nice and extremely neat and clean. I am very detail oriented and their work exceeded even my high standards. Iâ m so happy I found them and excited to use them again on my next project.

Guy and his team did an excellent job installing my wood floors. Every room looks perfect - better than I could have imagined. The workmanship was exceptional. the stairs look amazing. A top-notch, thorough, and professional job.

Guy and his team did an excellent job. Everything from initial walkthrough, to installation and final walkthrough was a positive experience. Not only were they friendly and professional, they do high quality work and Iâ  m absolutely pleased. Will call on them again in the future for additional opportunities.

I hired Guy and his team to install flooring on the second floor and stairwell. They did an amazing job. We are very happy with how it turned out. Even more beautiful than we imagined. He and his team were professional and friendly. I highly recommend Pro Solutions.

These are a group of family and friends. They all are very friendly and continue to work as a team. I was very impressed with the work and especially the finished flooring. I get up each day and am very thankful I made the decision to redo my floor and happy that I used Pro Solutions for this job.

A slight miscommunication about timing, however the floor installation was excellent. Dennis and Anthony were extremely friendly and professional.

Guy is a true professional. We shopped around and he came in very competitive to others. The crew was careful moving our furniture and finished the job on time. I was amazed at how CLEAN they were. The crew was constantly cleaning as they worked. I couldn't be happier with the finished results. Would definitely recommend!

Guy and his team came in and rebuilt my basement after a flood in a timely fashion His team was extremely professional and highly qualified . Redesigned some of the areas making even better then before. Highly recommend

Our home looks beautiful!! Guy was always available to answer questions and address concerns from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company
