They were friendly and easy to work with and the price was reasonable. We had an issue with the gutters they put in. They came back looked at it and said they would have to come back when it rains. We'll I am still waiting

On May 2023 Imperial contractor NY LLC/ New Order LLC was hired to remodel my kitchen. This was a complete gut project. They relocated plumbing, relocated wires, opened wall, removed kitchen backyard door and build a pantry. At midway of the project the contractor did not show up for two weeks. Whenever I contacted the contracted he would give me a story. After he finally informed me he was completing another job. When the contractor did showed up again he would work maybe 1 or 2 days out of a week. Now, six weeks into the project the contractor installed vinyl floors, cabinets, farm sink, countertops, ceiling lights, wall tiles. The contractor did an horrible Job with paint and the vinyl floors. They left the basement a mess. I have to hire another contractor to paint and do the vinyl floors. Also some how my patio sliding door shattered as they were working. The contractor did not offered to replace my patio door. This experience was a nightmare.

As a senior I’m concerned about dealing with contractors. They were very patient with me. I appreciate the caring way they walked me through the whole process. They did an excellent job.

The team at New Order was Great! They was on time, and was very pleasant to work with. I love all the work they did, The Bathroom looks Wonderful!! They left our House very clean and free of dust which is most importantly. My Daughter's have Allergies, So we would know if our home wasn't completely clean up with care. I would definitely use their services again!!!
