Came out same day said the bladder ruptured would need a new tank. I agreed because the tank was 12 years old. Installed was a flex lite tank which he said was better. I'm a senior and a widow took his word for it. I paid $2172.66. It was not itemized. He gave me a $50 discount. He told me I would get water bursts for a while coming from faucets. Well he was right, however I lost pressure in my kitchen and bathroom faucets and the toilet was rumbling when filling and flushed. I called them out to check. He did not go under the sinks to clear the lines, instead he said it must be your faucets. He quoted me a price of $1303.48 for kitchen faucet if they picked it out fully installed or $756 if I bought the faucet myself. 3 strikes your out. Didnt fix problem. Found out I was over charged for flex tank $1200 instead."

When they arrived, they claimed our leach field was failing and warned we could face fines if we didn’t replace it. Pressured, we agreed to a $10,000 job. Midway through, after tearing up our yard, they told us the system “wouldn’t work” and pushed a different one—for $30,000. We refused. What followed felt like sabotage. The work was sloppy, our yard was left a wreck, and our kids can’t even play back there anymore. It was fine before. It’s obvious they use bait-and-switch tactics: hook you with one price, then pressure you into paying much more. If you don’t cave, you’re left with garbage work. How do you set your well’s pressure tank? All you need to do is first drain the tank of water and find the pressure switch.
