"I had a leaky shower faucet. Risk originally intended to re-sweat the pip to fix it, but that did not work, and he had to replace the valve. It was in a very tight spot, but he was able to do it without opening a larger hole in the wall. He also installed shut-off valves for both the hot and cold water supplies, which we did not discuss ahead of time, but he did not change me extra. Great experience, and I am very happy with the job he did!"

"Andrew performed an outstanding job on short notice. What was first thought of a leaking pipe, the root cause turned out to be the orientation of the piping was opposite of what it should be (angled upward instead of angled downward). Repairing this with the correct orientation fixed the issued. Identifying this and explaining the problem showed Andrew's plumbing expertise. I couldn't be happier with the repair that was performed."

"They showed up promptly and provided an estimate which I accepted, but it was mostly downhill from there. The technician appeared to repair the faucet leak, but after leaving, I tested on my own and determined that the leak was still there albeit to a lesser extent. I called and the dispatcher sent the technician back. He arrived with all new parts, the re-installment was a success, however, upon re-testing, he used an excessive amount of water that backed up into my dishwasher and proceeded to spill onto my kitchen floor and make a considerable mess. While the fee charged was reasonable, I would advise that you get what you pay for. Based on my experience, I would avoid this company in the future."

"Superior Plumbing did a great job. I chose Superior based on Angie's List reviews. Fortunately they led me in a good direction and so I have the opportunity to now add my honest review as well. Steve (the plumber from Superior) was at my residence within an hour of my call to fix a severely plugged sink drain line. I spent hrs with a power snake the day before and couldn't clear it. This was in early April with Covid lockdown going on. Steve was wearing all protective equipment (mask, gloves, shoe covers) and was very courteous and conscientious at this difficult time. This was reassuring to me. Steve was very knowledgeable and clearly explained everything to me and was just excellent in every way! He was able to clear both lines with two types of machines (took some time due to the bad plug up) and also replaced the bad pipe section and did a great job. He added an additional larger clean out tap as well which was a great idea in looking out for the customer. Cost was very reasonable and more than fair. Steve's professionalism, skill, knowledge, courteous polite nature, and genuine concern for customer safety and satisfaction is why I highly recommend Superior Plumbing. Steve was also very attentive to ensure everything was clean following the job. Great job Superior Plumbing, and thank you Steve for the excellent work you did! I highly recommend this plumbing company based on my excellent experience with Steve's visit to correct multiple plumbing problems in just a few hours.
