"We received quotes from four different contractors. Most of the quotes were in the same price range. However, we chose MP Roofing and Siding because of Mikeâ s knowledge about siding products, his enthusiasm, and because he took the time to understand our ideas for the house. His work team was here at 8 AM every morning and worked fast and efficiently until the siding, window trim, porch ceilings, shutters and gutters were finished. They replaced the storm doors and Mike installed new light fixtures on the porches. There were a few places on the house (itâ s over 100 years old) that didnâ t require siding but looked bad, such as the kick plates under the door. They replaced those and a few other areas to give the house a completely made over, refinished look. Mike constantly checked in with us to make sure we were satisfied with the progress. He monitored the work every day. I would always get an immediate response if I texted him. Mike is friendly and enthusiastic, but at the same time very serious about making sure that our house looked spectacular! "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up.
