The technician appeared to repair the faucet leak, but after leaving, I tested on my own and determined that the leak was still there albeit to a lesser extent. I called and the dispatcher sent the technician back. He arrived with all new parts, the re-installment was a success, however, upon re-testing, he used an excessive amount of water that backed up into my dishwasher and proceeded to spill onto my kitchen floor and make a considerable mess. While the fee charged was reasonable, I would advise that you get what you pay for. Based on my experience, I would avoid this company in the future."
