They were always punctual when arriving in the morning, courteous, and made every effort to accommodate my presence and schedule as I lived in the apartment during the work. The workers (craftsmen, really) were careful of my property and wholly honest. The project only slightly exceeded the amount of time it was estimated to take when the contract was signed, and for reasons that were out of HHI’s control. I engaged a professional designer to help me with every aspect of imagining a new kitchen and bathroom; he, HHI – both the owner and crew – and I worked cooperatively together, with no drama.
