James and his team specially frank were very fast and efficient and very nice to work with. The quality of work was excellent.

The job was completed and the garage renovation looks great. We are satisfied with the outcome. The renovations were a lot more expensive than we expected based on the estimate received. The total nearly doubled once the work began. We do understand things happen unexpectedly but they should to do a more thorough assessment to avoid the huge difference in pricing.

The guys are fantastic! Had work on my kitchen done. They were very polite and respectful I'm so pleased with the work it's better then imagined! They cleaned up well as they went along leaving it spotless. Will be using them going forward! Thank you Revive Rnovators! Great work!

It went well. The team did a great job. The kitchen turned out exactly the way I wanted it to. They stayed within budget, so they were wonderful and helpful. Especially because it was our first made to renovations, we did have a couple of things to redone but the team was really good listening to us and making sure that they got everything the way that we wanted and needed. I'm happy with it.

Painting and flooring went well. No concerns.

I recently had alot of drywall renovation done. They were very clean and professional. They were able to keep the dust and mess to a minimal. The drywall turned out great and seamless. They were also able to work around our work schedule to get it completed on time so that other projects on the remodel would not be delayed.

I can not speak highly enough about this company they went above and beyond all of my expectations, all who working og the project were very friendly and kind and very insightful. Jim and James were epically helpful when it came to dealing with ny ins company and handling my claim and submitting documents! They handled everything and made it so easy to be able to get everything done and to get me back in myhouse! I would definitely recommend Them to anyone who asked! They work the are doing is to perfection and honestly couldn't be any happier with how things are turning out!!!

The new addition to our home has turned out very nice. They took a old sunroom and made a four seasons room that we can use year round. They gave us a number of options and suggestions based on our needs and wants. Their innovative ideas and designs have really complemented our home. They are very professional working seven days a week to stay on track with the project and taking care of the mess with construction as they work. I truly recommend Revive Renovators for any home project that you need done.

They made a mess in my house, and they don't know how to finish drywalls. I can see all the seams. 

Revive renovators really came through in this issue. The carport was creating many issues on my house so they had to build a temporary support until a storm passed through. Once that was complete they demo'ed and rebuilt the carport. The work they did throughout the project was always top notch and I would definitly hire them again

So far the services are going very well, they're very easy to get a hold of they're great communicators they let us know if there's any issues they ask us if we have any questions.

The house looks great you cannot even tell it is the same house. I cannot tell you how many people have stopped me on the sidewalk to tell me how different it looks.

Jim is very helpful. We ran into some surprises when we were doing the project. He was able to work through those surprises with the city to get everything done. He did not leave me hanging when he found out it was going to be more work than originally planned, and he was able to work with us to make sure everything came to code.

I have never had a construction project go so smoothly. Jim is great to work with and more importantly he is willing to work with you to make sure your project gets done. Once the project started there were some surprises we ran into with city code and Jim was able to work through those surprises with the City, get it taken care of and then Fianced a large portion of the extra project since this was additional money we were not expecting to have to spend.

Description of Work: Bathroom Flooring and Fireplace Remodeling Beware of this company. I strongly advise caution before hiring them, as they have demonstrated a lack of integrity and ethical behavior in completing the job properly. Pros: The only positive aspect of this experience was the subcontracted crew who did the actual work. They were excellent, skilled, and professional. The issues cannot be blamed on them, as they simply followed the instructions provided by Mike, the company representative. Cons: After the crew finished their portion of the work, Mike B. was supposed to return on a Saturday to inspect and finalize the job. I set aside the day, but that morning, he texted me to say he was going to a Sabres game instead. He later called to say he would come on Sunday, but I told him Sunday is a rest and church day for us and he raised his voice, insisting he needed to come early Sunday so he could attend another sporting event later as I was still talking he hung up on me. This unprofessional behavior showed that sports were more important to him than completing the job properly. When I spoke to James, the owner, he promised to make things right. However, when the team returned, they installed the bathroom vanity and finished some trimming on the fireplace—but not without additional costs. I had to pay out of pocket for caulking, paint, and the materials needed to connect the vanity to the plumbing system, all of which were supposed to be included in the contract. Final Outcome: I paid $11,200 for the company to subcontract the job to an excellent crew, but the company itself failed to deliver on their promises and how the job was to be done. I ended up finishing some of the caulking, fireplace boarding, and trimming myself. Despite the company’s breach of contract and mishandling, they offered no meaningful discount or compensation for these mishaps. Recommendation: • Do not hire this company. They prioritize personal interests over professionalism and fail to meet contractual obligations. • If you happen to come across the subcontracted crew they used, I recommend hiring them directly. They were courteous, skilled, and efficient. • Be prepared to buy your own materials, as this company did not include them, adding unexpected costs to the project. In summary, while I’m happy with the crew’s work, the overall experience with this company was disappointing. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Overall we are very pleased with the res ults of the project. It was an entire kitchen repair including replacing exterior and interior walls. Work crew was very polite and considerate. Actually received more services than expected. On the recommended performance the use of drop cloths over furniture and floors is recommended. We weren't prepared for the volume of dust that circulated throughout the house. On two occasions we were advised that they would be back in the morning, but they didn't show or call.

It went good. The service provider has excellent work.
