The process was smooth and quick! Roger contacted me the same day I inquired, was at my house giving me a quote the next day, Sunday, and began work the following day. His estimated 3 day repair was done in 2, and the fact that he started on a holiday Monday meant I barely missed any use of my work from home office, which is one of the rooms he worked in. The repairs were done exactly as I’d hoped. I only wish I had done this earlier. I never expected the process to be so easy. Definitely use Nickel City Repair. You don’t have to live with eyesores you know you will never get to yourself.

What started as a popcorn ceiling removal grew to a whole house remodel with painting, trim, doors and floors turned out great.

Wow - I recognize how difficult it is to hire a contractor. I was very concerned about whether a quality job would be performed, about whether the contractor would respect my house and property (for example - cigarette butts in my yard, etc.) and whether I would get value for the money being spent. I could not have been more pleased with Roger and the work performed by him and his team. Roger completely understood the stress homeowners have with contractors. Roger treated my house as though it was his own - he treated it with great respect. Roger kept be updated throughout the process, he kept my house clean and the end product was more than what I expected. I would hire Roger for any future work that I would have and I would be glad to speak to any future homeowner considering Roger. FANTASTIC JOB!!!!!

Roger did an awesome job on our family room that had water damage on the ceiling and walls. He also wired and installed a new ceiling fan. He’s efficient and very knowledgeable in many areas. He keeps in touch with you through out the entire process via text. He takes the time to send a text when he’s on his way every day that your your on his schedule . Very caring person that takes pride in his work! I would recommend him with the 5 stars I gave him. He’s our new go to repair and or remodeling guy!

We could not be happier with the result! Roger’s work was first rate — and our project was difficult. His communication with us was amazing — something that’s often hard to find with a contractor. We always knew when he was going to be here, what the status of the project was, and what was coming up. He did everything he promised in the time that he promised it would be finished. Roger is communicative, efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough. He completed a large-scale renovation in my living room and dining rooms, tearing down old plaster walls and ceiling, installing new drywall, canned lighting, new flooring, and trim. Great, Roger was very communicative throughout the whole process. He helped to replace and other tub and old tile with a new soaker tub and vinyl surround. Would absolutely recommend!
