We reached out to multiple companies and finally ended up working with Bath Planet. I wish we would have found them sooner. The entire process was pain free. From picking out our tub/shower to installation, our expectations were exceeded. We did have a minor hiccup at the beginning of the process, but the team helped us out. The price defiantly meets the quality of the product. When we remodel our guest bath in the next 5 years, we will be going with Bath Planet again."

"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"First contact with Dale was professional. However, after he came to take measurements for the job to give me an estimate, it took him weeks to finally get back to me. I had to call to remind him I was still waiting for the estimate.
He did manage to squeeze me in earlier than I thought, which was great. However, he also said he would be performing the work. Instead, two other guys showed up and did all the work. It made me uncomfortable since he never mentioned this would be taking place (only that a helper might be coming along, but again, said he would be doing the work).
The men he used didn't wire the exhaust fan properly- it is supposed to have separate switches for the fan, light, and nightlight. Instead, that is all on one switch. This makes me question the integrity of the rest of the work performed.

I was able to spot the Plumber Cellino & filed out the request & made the call to have them come down & give me an estimate. The young man that showed up ( JOHN CHUMLEY ) was very thorough & informative on what was needed to be done & what he was gonna do to take care of my problem & i am VERY glad i chose Cellino to handle this for me. I couldn't be more satisfied with the work that he did & other ideas he gave me as to what else they could do for me down the road if i so wanted. Now in my years of retirement I don't have to worry about anything that needs repairs that I can't do, CELLINO for my plumbing & HOME ADVISOR for anything else i might want done, Thank you both!"

"the windows are guaranteed for 40 years or so....that does not mean a lot to selling a house because you still have to pay for them to come out after two years. They did not measure the sliding glass doors when the measurer came to my house. I was then told that they didn't do any staining.??? I was under contract so I shrugged it off. They replaced my bay window with a 3 window cheap insert. I cried. They didn't even finish for 3 days, I had to keep calling them to come out and finiish it. I sent pictures to Jason the sales guy. They reduced my sliding glass windows because they were suppose to all be put in at the same time. When they took the molding off my one window....they decided to put the oak frame back on but ruined my NEW paint job. I had to hire someone to come in and paint the frames of my windows. He broke my 600.00 shade, so now I have to replace the shade. Why Jason didn't tell me that I would have to have someone come out and paint the frame of the windows, I don't know."
