"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"First contact with Dale was professional. However, after he came to take measurements for the job to give me an estimate, it took him weeks to finally get back to me. I had to call to remind him I was still waiting for the estimate.
He did manage to squeeze me in earlier than I thought, which was great. However, he also said he would be performing the work. Instead, two other guys showed up and did all the work. It made me uncomfortable since he never mentioned this would be taking place (only that a helper might be coming along, but again, said he would be doing the work).
The men he used didn't wire the exhaust fan properly- it is supposed to have separate switches for the fan, light, and nightlight. Instead, that is all on one switch. This makes me question the integrity of the rest of the work performed.

The two techs assigned to the job, Nick Piracci and Joseph Neuhaus knocked it out the park. I expected no less based on the service I received two years ago. They were awesome, friendly, patient, and professional. Answered all my questions, explained everything and even provided answers to questions I wouldn't know to ask. My parents informed me of one issue, but it turned out to be far more and they were all addressed. Given all that's going on these days with COVID-19 and the impact it has had on many businesses, it was such a comfort and relief to have Cellino take care of my parents plumbing issues. It was stress-free. I was able to work without wondering and worrying. My parents were very happy with the service delivered. And happy parents means happy POA. Cellino was referred to me, and they are officially my go-to for plumbing needs.
