"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"Overall we are very pleased with the res ults of the project. It was an entire kitchen repair including replacing exterior and interior walls. Work crew was very polite and considerate. Actually received more services than expected. On the recommended performance the use of drop cloths over furniture and floors is recommended. We weren't prepared for the volume of dust that circulated throughout the house. On two occasions we were advised that they would be back in the morning, but they didn't show or call."

Our bathroom was gutted and completely replaced in just 4 1/2 days. Cleanup was done daily with care and Mario was always available to answer questions. "the windows are guaranteed for 40 years or so....that does not mean a lot to selling a house because you still have to pay for them to come out after two years. They did not measure the sliding glass doors when the measurer came to my house. I was then told that they didn't do any staining.??? I was under contract so I shrugged it off. They replaced my bay window with a 3 window cheap insert. I cried. They didn't even finish for 3 days, I had to keep calling them to come out and finiish it. I sent pictures to Jason the sales guy. They reduced my sliding glass windows because they were suppose to all be put in at the same time. When they took the molding off my one window....they decided to put the oak frame back on but ruined my NEW paint job. I had to hire someone to come in and paint the frames of my windows. He broke my 600.00 shade, so now I have to replace the shade. Why Jason didn't tell me that I would have to have someone come out and paint the frame of the windows, I don't know."
