As soon as I met Dale Hibbard to discuss project, I felt very confident that his company would be the right choice. The expertise of the crew, attention to detail, willingness to answer my questions along the way, respect for me and my home, all made for a very positive experience.

We are very happy with the bathroom remodel. The crew was polite, on time everyday, they were neat and cleaned up after themselves. Every plan has changes and Dale was great working with our changes and the final product is just stunning. We would absolutely use them again and would highly recommend them to our family and friends.

Fantastic! Dale and Gary are real pros. They fit our small job in between larger projects.

We had a master bath remodel completed by Hibbard Home Improvement. Dale provided several ideas during the estimate that greatly helped with the project. The turnaround time on the estimate was quick and they arrived to begin the project when they said they would. Jeff, one of Dale's employees, did the majority of the work and he was fantastic. He worked directly with my wife on every stage of the project. My wife had several changes and they were more than accommodating. The project was finished on time and the results were fantastic. We will use Dale, Jeff and Hibbard Home Improvement on all future home renovations.

Hibbard Home Improvement was great. They met our schedule and the cost was very reasonable. They kept the job site clean with the minimal possible disturbance. Most importantly, all the craftsmanship was excellent!

It took slightly longer than estimated by just 1.5 days due to unforseen complications, but it still only took 6.5 workdays. The workman was very punctual, dilligent, and professional. He stayed the entire workday each day. Dale was also very professional from beginning to end. I am happy with my decision to use this company for my bathroom and will be using them again.

I was directed to Hibbard Home Improvements (HHI) by staff at the condominium where I live, as they had done work here before and were recommended by both the client for the quality of their work and management for their professionalism and scrupulousness in following the building's requirements of contractors. I am totally satisfied with the quality of their work for me. They were always punctual when arriving in the morning, courteous, and made every effort to accommodate my presence and schedule as I lived in the apartment during the work. The workers (craftsmen, really) were careful of my property and wholly honest. The project only slightly exceeded the amount of time it was estimated to take when the contract was signed, and for reasons that were out of HHI’s control. I engaged a professional designer to help me with every aspect of imagining a new kitchen and bathroom; he, HHI – both the owner and crew – and I worked cooperatively together, with no drama. All work done per contract was completed as specified and estimated; change orders and a few add-ons were accepted and completed, the extra cost for which was fairly and separately handled from the contracted work. I am no builder, plumber or electrician, but I can readily tell that the men who work for HHI are all supremely skilled in the trade(s) they performed for me. I couldn’t be happier with the results: The workmanship was outstanding, fully realizing my and the designer’s vision for how the renovations would look at completion. Now with each passing day I love my apartment more and more, and I credit Hibbard Home Improvements, along with my designer, with making that happen. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Hibbard Home Improvement transformed my makeshift sun room into a beautiful 3 season room! The craftsmanship was superior and the customer service was fantastic. Hibbard Home improvement was also speedy but accurate. A+ !!!

Hibbard Home Improvement did our master bath remodel two years ago. We were very happy with their work & have now hired them for a second bath remodel. The guys show up on time each morning, work efficiently all day & clean up the work space at the end of the work day. Dale has been very fair & direct with pricing and flexible in scheduling his crew, especially when there has been unexpected issues.

Dale and team were punctual and friendly. Dale helped me with remodeling ideas and delivered on all requests. Major items: Sky light was removed, entry way was added, small and large pantries were built, cabinets reconfigured, counter tops removed, passthru enlarged. Very happy with results of all work. Highly Recommended!

.Mr. Hibbard was very personable and professional. He offered a good price for the amount of work that I needed to have done. He arrived at my home along with his carpenter promptly as scheduled to discuss the details before the work started. The work was completed on time and very well done

Very professional, prompt, clean and nice work.  We are very pleased with the outcome.  When Mr. Hibbard came to quote the job he was very honest and helpful as the best way to obtain the best outcome.  Mr. Hibbard also worked us into his schedule in a timely manner, even though he was busy.  Will definitely be using him again.

First contact with Dale was professional. However, after he came to take measurements for the job to give me an estimate, it took him weeks to finally get back to me. I had to call to remind him I was still waiting for the estimate.
He did manage to squeeze me in earlier than I thought, which was great. However, he also said he would be performing the work. Instead, two other guys showed up and did all the work. It made me uncomfortable since he never mentioned this would be taking place (only that a helper might be coming along, but again, said he would be doing the work).
The men he used didn't wire the exhaust fan properly- it is supposed to have separate switches for the fan, light, and nightlight. Instead, that is all on one switch. This makes me question the integrity of the rest of the work performed.

Dale Hibbard is honest, prompt, cheerful and does beautiful work.  We were very pleased with the cleanliness of his crew, especially when the old countertops were torn out.  The tile on the kitchen backsplash was patterned and extensive.  Dale did it himself and it is perfect.  Of course, there are always snags when dealing with multiple vendors but Dale was calm, flexible and got it done. 

I would also add that several years ago, we first hired Dale to build cherry bookshelves that extend to the ceiling the entire length of our family room.  There is recessed lighting on top and movable shelves with inset supports.  At waist level, there is a  a cherry countertop that extends about a foot beyond the bookshelves and underneath are four cabinets with double doors that provide an amazing amount of storage space.  They look awesome, are so functional and make the room.

Quick, efficient and courteous.

It went well.  Sometimes a little slower than we would have wanted, but isn't that always the case with kitchens and bathrooms?

Dale and his crew did a beautiful job partially renovating both our new house kitchen and bathroom. I'm the kind who does a lot of research before undertaking a project and sweats the details, and Dale was patient and professional throughout. Like all contractors, he at times becomes a little overextended, and his work may take a little longer than expected, but all contractors are like this. Most importantly, his work was beautiful. We're looking forward to the next project with him.
