"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

The work was done in an efficient manner, workmanship was superior, and there was a minimum of mess and disruption, and the installer worked neatly, was informative in explaining each step of the project, and was very considerat. "First contact with Dale was professional. However, after he came to take measurements for the job to give me an estimate, it took him weeks to finally get back to me. I had to call to remind him I was still waiting for the estimate.
He did manage to squeeze me in earlier than I thought, which was great. However, he also said he would be performing the work. Instead, two other guys showed up and did all the work. It made me uncomfortable since he never mentioned this would be taking place (only that a helper might be coming along, but again, said he would be doing the work).
The men he used didn't wire the exhaust fan properly- it is supposed to have separate switches for the fan, light, and nightlight. Instead, that is all on one switch. This makes me question the integrity of the rest of the work performed.
