"My parents had a new sliding door with screen installed in their living room from Wonder Windows based on my Home Advisor project. The Wonder Windows location on Transit was new at the time that we started this process. An estimate was given and the door was ordered. It took quite a while for the door to come in and be installed but the team was professional and courteous. The door was installed in the Fall. The team came back to put on the screen door a few months later when the weather was warmer. There were a few bumps along the way but it was a positive experience overall."

Actually received more services than expected. On the recommended performance the use of drop cloths over furniture and floors is recommended. We weren't prepared for the volume of dust that circulated throughout the house. On two occasions we were advised that they would be back in the morning, but they didn't show or call."

"First contact with Dale was professional. However, after he came to take measurements for the job to give me an estimate, it took him weeks to finally get back to me. I had to call to remind him I was still waiting for the estimate.
He did manage to squeeze me in earlier than I thought, which was great. However, he also said he would be performing the work. Instead, two other guys showed up and did all the work. It made me uncomfortable since he never mentioned this would be taking place (only that a helper might be coming along, but again, said he would be doing the work).
The men he used didn't wire the exhaust fan properly- it is supposed to have separate switches for the fan, light, and nightlight. Instead, that is all on one switch. This makes me question the integrity of the rest of the work performed.

I got hold of Cellino who came in a few hours and corrected the problem. The tech was very knowledgeable and had the job done in no time. Excellent job and of course 5 stars. Had I waited I probably would have had a lot of damage to my bathroom."
