"Elite Piping Solutions is an amazing company. I wish I could give them a 6-star rating because they are truly exceptional! They were prompt, courteous, and efficient at every step of the process. They followed up on my query within a couple of hours, came to inspect exactly on the dot, did the research to get me the top-of-the-line replacement, and gave me a very competitive estimate. I independently verified the details, and everything was correct and accurate. The crew came when promised, did the installation well within the estimated time and left the place spotless. Not only that, but they also carefully took out parts of the system that could be re-used, neatly packaged, and left them in the basement for me. Other estimates I got were much higher, including extra charges for coming within a day. Replaced back-flow double check valve in master water meter pit that required custom fit bushings. I dealt with Nancy, Jay and Rich. The company was responsive at all times. They showed up on time. They were pleasant to work with. They stayed all day plus 3 hours the following day to complete job. All work was done in a professional manner. No complaints and very satisfied with the level of their expertise."

"It was wonderful. I use this term because I wasn’t confident in the successful outcome. I had previously hired a drain clearing company and the problem seemed fixed for a few days. All five feet tall Barbara came over, diagnosed the problem. The pipe in the basement had to be cut out and replaced. The location was tricky and there was heavy work to be done, such as moving a semi filled washing machine. Barbara (owner/plumber) said she’d take care of ot and SHE DID!!! She saved the old pipe for us to inspect and we couldn’t believe the corrosion and blockage inside the pipe. The cost was extremely reasonable compared to other prices I received. Four months later and the drains are still working great. I would never call anyone else, other than Barabara. Her father was a plumber. He taught her well. Jeff Price"

He quoted $975, put in a new pump, which cost $165 online, and worked for about an hour or so. I also asked him to replace my bathroom faucet, Chris did the work, but had to come back, as the newly installed faucet was leaking. To sum it up, the work was done, but at a very high price. Customers should ask about the hourly labor cost and materials's price in advance."

"Kevin was excellent.  Not only was the multi-point inspection performed but he also pointed out a leaky return duct, verified that the system was installed correctly (there was some doubts about the previous installer) and checked supply and return temperatures at multiple ducts to diagnose exactly what was wrong with the system.  As an engineer myself I was very impressed with his technical knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond to deliver quality service.  I plan on using them for all my HVAC needs in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service at reasonable prices.
