They followed up on my query within a couple of hours, came to inspect exactly on the dot, did the research to get me the top-of-the-line replacement, and gave me a very competitive estimate. "Got to my place later than expected because they were stuck on another job which is understandable. Did not finish my job until after 12:00 am in the morning. My job took longer than anticipated. I was given one price at the beginning and that's what we anticipated paying because I am on a budget. After the job was finished we were handed a bill that was much more than what was quoted. I was a very upset about that. I know that it took longer and they had to go back and forth to the truck to get supplies, the only thing is I wish I was informed of this during the job so I would know what to do. What if we didn't have the money? Anyway the job was done good and we are pleased with the outcome. So far our sink is working properly and good. We had a double sink installed, the faucet and we have a water omosis machine that had to get hooked up, so it did take a lot of time because piping had to be changed from a single sink to a double. "Kevin was excellent.  Not only was the multi-point inspection performed but he also pointed out a leaky return duct, verified that the system was installed correctly (there was some doubts about the previous installer) and checked supply and return temperatures at multiple ducts to diagnose exactly what was wrong with the system.  As an engineer myself I was very impressed with his technical knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond to deliver quality service.  I plan on using them for all my HVAC needs in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service at reasonable prices.
