He is an Expert. Very cleaned

The repair came in, looked at our ac unit. W/o opening, or touching the unit. He told us that "it needed a new roller". Then, he suggested that we "buy a new ac unit". He asked for payment; $117.79. We paid him, and he left. The entire experience lasted no longer than 2-3 minutes. Besides, never even touching the unit. He did not prove his diagnosis. As, far as I'm concerned, he could've said anything to me. And, I feel thats exactly what he did. If my unit did need a new roller? Wouldn't he travel; to repair ac units, w that part? Or, at least be able to access it quickly? That was the fastest $117.79 that I ever spent?!

Outrageous pricing. Came on short notice, to his credit, but difficult to communicate with. Contractor helped himself to whatever he finds lying around to use as a container to catch oil, sit or stand on. Charged $100 to change a second oil filter.

Overcharged and Rude on the phone. Told me a replacement part was going to cost me $400 but when I looked up the item, it only cost about $100. He was dishonest and would not send me a photo of the receipt showing what he purchased. I paid him the amount regardless but I would not hire or recommend this person.

I am so very very pleased with Mr. Park. He proved to be the poster person for customer service etiquette. Mr. Park was professional, patient, engaging, understanding and kind. He listened to what I had to say. He addressed each issue with a detailed explanation. He asked questions that helped him to understand what I was trying to say and above all he fixed the problem. He also thanked me for trusting that he would find the problem and fix it. I can’t thank Mr. Park enough for putting me at ease and delivering a job well done. Mr. Park also cleaned up after himself. This Pro; is very expensive. To his credit, he came on a Saturday to give me a quote when I was without heat and hot water. But he failed o notice that I had a second oil filter installed. To replace the second oil filter was an extra 20% increase above the originally quoted price I did not have time to shop for price, given that the temperature in the house had significantly dropped because I ran out of heating oil. I hired him to do the work since he was there and I just received an oil delivery. He did quote the prices in advance and gave me the option of declining additional work Once he gets to the house, he has to leave to shop for parts. He uses whatever he sees around to stand on and to catch oil. He doesnt listen when I have a differing opinion. I havent any complaints about his ability to do plumbing work.

Mr park was very knowledgeable and after trying to fix a 40 year old gas furnace I decided to replace it because its my 90 year old mothers house . 3 years ago it broke down and now at the worst time . Park and his team took all day to complete the job and came back to install a WiFi themastat so I can control the heat as my mother has memory issues. Zelled deposit. No taxes requested. Didn’t ask for cash for final payment, and had taxed me $50.00 when I zelled the balance. I ask Bk O AMR are there taxes to Zelle a payment and I was told no. I didn’t like that. The heater job, allowed me to pay in 2 parts and I paid him, which I appreciated. Overall, both jobs were good and repaired well. A 5• is not what he deserves bc he charged me taxes on a Zelle transaction. I think it was for more money and he took advantage of me. Beware of taxes on Zelle. Ask your bank first.

He came in to do the cleaning and tune up. The beginning was overall very pleasant; he did mention he wanted to change a part, increasing the cost to about $600. I agreed. Towards the end of this cleaning, after the house was covered in soot and ash, he said the cleaning took so long that he needs to charge us $1,000. The initial quote was for $400, and that was to clean and tune up a boiler. The boiler is serviced every year, so there is nothing new to be done here. We had a compromise on the unreasonable upcharge and agreed to $800. He packed his things shortly after and left. A day later, the boiler went up in flames. It had to be shut down immediately. After contacting the provider, he began to yell and blame a chimney contractor. He cursed and said he would not be coming to look at the boiler. After having a professional from a certified oil company come, due to the serious nature of potential combustion and monoxide poisoning, the boiler began to work again 2 days later. The professional oil tech explained that there was no cleaning done since there was soot in all chambers, the temperature was set to 200 degrees rather than the recommended 180, which sped up the potential for disaster, and a lot of parts were damaged due to the fire. The professional oil tech also advised we should look into legal action as the potential for this negligence could have resulted in death.

Diagnosed and fixed my oil burner issue by replacing the control board. Very timely and easliy accessible via phone call. They do charge a diagnosis fee.

Mr Forest exhibited professionalism, confidence and a wealth of knowledge and experience in this 2-tier job of transferring, cleaning up molds and repairing 3 split-units from different floor levels and rooms in the building. I will highly recommend him.

The pro assessed the issue and confirmed what I had diagnosed before his arrival. Rate was fair, however, no one should be charged for other than TIME-ON SITE. Paying for travel time of any kind (in this case to return and exchange a failed motor) is not appropriate or professional. This was not explained until the tech was on-site and performed his own diagnosis. At that point, there was no choice but to pay for the first hour (even though diagnosis took half that time), thank the Pro be left with a validation of what I had previously confirmed as the root cause. A very good professional otherwise.

Great job; Mr. Park was able to fix my boiler and automatic water feeder system. He was knowledgeable and answered every question I had about the repair. I felt the price may have been a tick high but the finished product was impeccable. I highly recommend Mr. Park for you HVAC needs.
