He responds the same day, always- within an hour. John is brilliant. Genius designer. He was present on our job multiple times a day for the duration. He is meticulous. His men are meticulous and worked 10 hours a day to get the job done in time for a party. Our yard is beyond gorgeous- cars stop often to look in and see the work . Bravo to John and his team. "Sal and his crew did a lot of work for us last year - paver walkways, patio, and raised deck. He was great, quick, reasonable and we were thrilled with the work. We’ve gotten lots of compliments on the yard since then. We had a pool added on to the paver deck since then and when we reopened the pool this year we noticed that the pavers had sunken in a bit in the middle. I waited all summer to call Sal about it because I was afraid of the hassle I was sure it would be to get it fixed. I emailed Sal this week and he called me within 24 hours. He came that day to look at it and within another 24 hours, he and his crew had repaved the whole deck. No questions and no charge. He also replaced two stones that we had damaged, as a courtesy. Such a pleasure to work with and we’ll continue to give him our business."
