A Plus

It cost me $450+tax to clear the drain, which took less than half hour. I admit it was my ignorance that I did not ask specifically how much would be involved. I assumed they would charge more or less what the other pros told me. Mistake! They could have told me though. The technician was good and courteous, and he fixed my problem.

Not only did he arrive on time but I found another job for him and he left and he returned with equipment he needed that night and completed the extra job at a reasonable price

They're very deceitful. I contacted them one day before I took my family to the Poconos for one week and made an appointment with them for the 15th of January. I specifically told them on the phone the same thing I wrote on Angis site: that I had a leak under my sink, and that I needed the pipe snaked. I also contacted XXX Plumbing for the same job and made an appointment with them for the same day. The latter arrived first, and gave me an estimate of $300. I told the technician that I expected someone else and will choose the one with the better price. Anthonys Any Sewer sent a technician named Napoleon. I told him that somebody else already gave me a quote and that if his price was right, I would hire him. I told him about the slow drain and showed him where the water was dripping down the sink pipe. He took pictures and told me that he had to contact his boss. He returned and told me that the charge was $175 plus Tax. After he snaked the wall pipe, he told me that the didn't tell him anything about the leak and that he was sent only for the snake job. Remember that he took pictures of the sink pipes before he called his boss. He told me that they will charge me extra for the sink. They charged $100 extra. I called the number that contacted me, and demanded to speak to the manager who asked me if I wanted him to work for free. The job description that the technician showed me on his phone only said: 2nd floor sink ". I strongly believe it is a scheme they use against customers who had more than one job so they can claim misunderstanding to win jobs over honest contractors. That is a shame!

They came and worked till they fixed the problem and that was on New Years Eve.

Arrived within the scheduled time. It was a Sunday and he came. Very pleasant and professional. Took care of the issue is less than 1/2 hour.

They were quick to respond and were able to send a technician over within a 2 hour time frame. The technician named Napoleon R.was skilled, polite, and professional. He got my bathtub cleared in less than half hour. Now, I don't have do wait for hours for the water to drain in the tub. On another note, I really appreciate Napoleon for wearing a mask when he entered my home for this job. He was,very respectful. I would definitely use this company again.
