Commercial Electric Boiler or Radiator Heating System Installation
They did a great job. They came to fix a leaking toilet bowl and it actually had to be replaced. They picked up the new toilet bowl and supplies and finished the job. Elite was reliable and professional. The cost was reasonable. I am hiring them again to fix the plumbing in my other bathroom.

Tankless Water Heater - Install
Billy and his crew were an absolutely pleasure to work with. They exceeded my expectation to replace my boiler and hot water heater along with associated piping in record time working in concert with the GC to complete all work in 3 days. The finished work was neat and clean correcting errors with my original installation. All debris was removed each day. He ensured I was satisfied, kept me informed of the progress and what to expect. Upon leaving he made recommendations to have all my air valves replaced in my radiators and encouraged me to call with any questions. I appreciate the care he and his crew took with my home.

From the appearance the job looked good, but there was a wet sink and a half bathroom that has not been used for many years and they removed all of the piping to those fixtures without my permission. There was also a fuel oil leak that I had to fix.

"For all who are reading this. What this customer is accusing me of is false. We were hired to remove the old boiler and replace it with a new one. He had an old bathroom right next to the boiler room which was out of service. All the water pipes were cut out. He is stating we cut them out to keep the scrap, which is BS since he put all the scrap and the old boiler in the back of his truck. The customer stayed with us the whole time watching every move."

"This gentleman is a lying scam artist. We were called to repair his water heater which we did. Called us back because the gas valve was not working properly. I called the water heater company to see if it was under warranty to help him out. I was told by them that we were the third company to call for this part. I told him I could not do anything for him under warranty. Told him to purchase a new part. I also told him to have his chimney cleaned, due to a lot of sut and he agreed. After the work was completed he tried accusing the chimney company of breaking the water heater and that they broke it. The customer told them that there was nothin"
