"For all who are reading this. What this customer is accusing me of is false. We were hired to remove the old boiler and replace it with a new one. He had an old bathroom right next to the boiler room which was out of service. All the water pipes were cut out. He is stating we cut them out to keep the scrap, which is BS since he put all the scrap and the old boiler in the back of his truck. The customer stayed with us the whole time watching every move."
"This gentleman is a lying scam artist. We were called to repair his water heater which we did. Called us back because the gas valve was not working properly. I called the water heater company to see if it was under warranty to help him out. I was told by them that we were the third company to call for this part. I told him I could not do anything for him under warranty. Told him to purchase a new part. I also told him to have his chimney cleaned, due to a lot of sut and he agreed.
