"I appreciated the fact that he came out after working hours. I was having trouble getting the mount on the wall and he accomplished that. However, he did not properly secure my tv to the mount. He continued to tell me that my mount did not have a tilt function even though I insisted that it did. After he left, I realized that it was not on properly and he didn t bother to use the securement screw. I took it off, saw the problem and voila, it tilted back and forth seamlessly and it is now safely installed with the securement screw."
