Bio-Tech Restoration is one of the most professional group of people I've worked with. Jeff, the owner, was involved from the start to the end. They came, assessed the problem, detailed everything, tested and remediated the issue, all in a matter of days. They came on time, did their job and finished on time they said they would. And, their pricing was extremely competitive and more reasonable than quite a few others. I would recommend and use them again, without a second thought.

They were very good. They were honest and helpful. They came in and looked our house. The price was fair. They explained everything and I was very happy with the service.

I had 5 companies try to waterproof my basement and have spent several thousand dollars trying to waterproof my basement. All prior contractors were much more expensive and never fixed or figured out the issue and made the problem worse. Jeff Caso was professional, honest, k knowledgeable, assessed the problem and provided me with a detailed analysis with back up testing to show what I needed and why. When he determined two sump pumps would be more efficient and cost effective he told me so and charged me less than the original estimate. My basement is completely dry after 8 years of trying to find a company that would fix the problem.

Jeff the owner of the company was incredibly helpful and honest, He was prompt and fit us into his schedule as soon as he could. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and that our issues were resolved. Very thorough and helpful with identifying the extent of our mold issue. Took the time to go with me to pick out paint and materials. When the men had to take apart the plaster walls and replace with plaster board. Once the job was complete we were not even able to see any seems. They did an excellent job! It looks absolutely fabulous. It was really great. I will highly recommend and continue to use.

It went better than I could have ever imagined! Jeff was helpful in everything. He explained the problem and how to fix it. He explained it step by step. I’ve never had an experience like this so I was very nervous but it was very easy talking to Jeff. He always returned my calls if it concerned a silly question! Jeff and his team were very professional.  The work was completed on time.  The job was very thorough and all steps were explained to me.  I was also allowed to inspect the work at various points.  All my questions about the work were answered to my satisfaction.  The team was very careful about my possessions; nothing was damaged.  As far as I can tell, all procedures were done correctly with the area being sealed off to prevent dust from entering the house.   When it was found that the wrong thickness drywall was delivered, the correct thickness was obtained and installed.  Jeff and his team were great to work with.

I had called several mold remediation companies, but Bio-Tech Restoration was the most thorough with its initial inspection and provided clear and concise report on the cause and treatment for the specific mold found. On the day of the remediation, Jeff(president/owner) was on site for the entire duration and explained the steps as outlined in his initial consultation. The entire process took about four hours. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable in the industry. I would definitely seek out his services in the future.

Jeff and his team has done a wonderful job on our basement apartment!! From day one, Jeff was available day and night to assess, work, and answer any questions we had. emergency and needed someone in a hurry to check my home in Staten Island that
I rent out, because a tenant complained about a water leaking from his
ceiling.  So I needed someone with a lot of experience
and that could come out right away for me.  
Bio-Tech came to my rescue right away.   They were professional and handled the whole
situation for me.  From the Remediation
and Restoration, I couldn?t ask for anyone better.
I am very please with the service that I received from Jeff
and Dominick.   Thank you men for being

Jeff and his colleague were both very polite, professional and showed a sense of urgency. I contacted Jeff on Saturday after discovering an area where I suspected mold. Jeff said he would be there the next day (Sunday morning of holiday weekend) after I explained that my wife was pregnant and we also had a small dog. He was punctual and very accommodating. He completed that inspection and remediation all in the same day. He worked quickly and completed the job within a few hours. He answered all my questions as well. I highly recommend this company. In comparison, I contacted another company prior to Jeff who advertised 24 hour service, and they called back and offered me an appointment four days later!

We were very pleased with their ability to move forward and get the second dumpster at such short notice the day before a national holiday and weekend. Their attention to details and sincere desire to make the customer happy is amazing. After the demolition and treatment, we hired them for the restoration of our home. They have helped guide us through every decision with their knowledge of material, style and techniques. They have partnered with skilled plumbers, electricians and wood craftsmen to ensure the highest quality work within our budget and time frame. We confirmed we hired the right contractor who was committed to our job when we visited our home after a few days into the project and found all of their tools left there after the day's work.

The service by Bio-Tech was outstanding from start to finish.  Very prompt response to initial inquiry.  Detailed explanation of issues found and required steps to resolve during initial walkthrough.  Work started and completed on time.  All questions answered professionally and courteously.  Scope of work included coordination with dumpster company, cleanout of basement, removal of impacted sheetrock and disinfection of all floors and surface areas.

Kudos to Jeff and Dom, I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Bio-Tech Restoration was called into to re-mediate a mold problem that had developed after the rain storm of 5/31/15.  I am in my home 29 years and this was the 1st flood I experienced due to a severe rain storm. At that time I was extremely upset and overwhelmed having started the clean up and removal of damaged items myself.  I learned and realized my basement needed professional services.
I did a little research and decided to call Bio-Tech Restoration.   Jeff and his partner Dominick came to my home to evaluate the water damage to the basement.  Jeff explained in detail the course of action to be taken.  Jeff verbally explained what  needed to be done and left me a work proposal.  After viewing the proposal later on that evening I emailed Jeff with more questions and concerns.  Jeff answered my email immediately and assured me that he would be going over every detail again and again until I felt comfortable and understood the process.  We set a work date and met again to finalize the proposal. On the day of demolition the dumpster arrived at 7:30 am; the workers arrived at 7:45 to prepare for the demolition.  I did a final walk through with Jeff to make sure we agreed on the items I was keeping and what was being discarded.  The men taped off the kitchen & my front living room before bring anything in or out of the house. The demolition started at 8:10 am and was completed sometime between 10:30 and 11am. After a brief water break his men geared up in their hazmat suits to treat and clean the framing and any other items in the basement.   After finishing treatment of the basement  the men cleaned up & vacuumed right to the front door. The job was completed by 1pm.  No one wants to lose personal items due to water damage but knowing everything was tested, treated, cleaned or removed made this easier. I found Jeff to be reliable, honest, and dependable. I did not think I would be as happy as I was after the job was complete but I am very happy with the results and their expertise.

They were prompt and promised to be fast.  We are selling our home and the closing is quickly approaching and had to be done quickly.  I didn't expect the speed I witnessed. Before we knew it, they were done. They were there next bussiness day.  They were very professional and kind, very respectful.  After testing and finding a very slight amount of discoloration of an old mold stain.  There crew was in within 2 days.  they scrubbed it off and cleaned entire attic.  Even cleaning it out for us, instead of us having to do it.  the even fogged another part of the attic which was clear, just to make sure there would be no spores hiding.  They also had a subcontractor who vented a 1/2 bathroom outside, which was previously vented into attic.  Attic looks brand new and clean. I would use these guys again if such another situation arrived.  This was after trying to contact another popular mold remediation service that finally answered my call after these guys were done. I do believe these guys are the best.  They also gave me the needed certificates very fast so closing can move ahead.

Jeff and his crew are super professional and took great care when working on the mold remediation.  We lost a lot of sheet rock which couldn't be avoided.   Jeff is very responsive, and made sure that the house was remediated safely and that we would be set for success going forward when we completed renovations.  They finished fast, cleaned up everything and I would recommend him to anyone.
