They followed up on my query within a couple of hours, came to inspect exactly on the dot, did the research to get me the top-of-the-line replacement, and gave me a very competitive estimate. I independently verified the details, and everything was correct and accurate. The crew came when promised, did the installation well within the estimated time and left the place spotless. Not only that, but they also carefully took out parts of the system that could be re-used, neatly packaged, and left them in the basement for me. Other estimates I got were much higher, including extra charges for coming within a day. Another company would not or could not replace my system (which is top of the line) and added additional charges for "adjustments'! This company is the best!"

"It was wonderful. I use this term because I wasn’t confident in the successful outcome. I had previously hired a drain clearing company and the problem seemed fixed for a few days. All five feet tall Barbara came over, diagnosed the problem. The pipe in the basement had to be cut out and replaced. The location was tricky and there was heavy work to be done, such as moving a semi filled washing machine. Barbara (owner/plumber) said she’d take care of ot and SHE DID!!! She saved the old pipe for us to inspect and we couldn’t believe the corrosion and blockage inside the pipe. The cost was extremely reasonable compared to other prices I received.
