"they removed the tree trunk and branches timely but did not remove the ROOTS that were sticking up out of the concrete which to me would be part of the tree So I have to pay someone else to remove the roots. Also they were removing parts of tree from next door neighbors garden and broke down the fence between us and started carrying those branches out through the ground floor apartment in my building until they were told to stop by my tenant.
