Pros: he was on time, easy to schedule, and was able to install new dimmer switches, which are working well! But he didn't read the packages for compatibility, ended up swapping the units and had to swap them back after puzzling for 30 min to get the full setup. It ended up costing 2 hrs for what probably should have been a 40 min job. Also, after he left I noticed the walls around the switches were scuffed up and it took a few min with a magic eraser to clean up.

My kitchen faucet was broken. I needed to replace it. I excepted invitation from Cami, Inc. the response was fast. He came in an hour after our conversation. The excellent job was done. Endri was very easy to deal with in getting the proposal, making and keeping the appointment, and doing the work. He is clearly experienced in making customers happy, not just doing the job and moving on. I hired him for two projects: replacing a toilet and replacing a steam radiator. He did both in a few hours. The jobs were mainly straight-forward, but the radiator proved not to be a straight replacement. But he got the necessary parts and fittings and completed the job within the time frame we had originally estimated. He left the areas where he had worked as clean if not cleaner than they had been before. I plan to make him my go-to pro for plumbing. He also has experience in minor electrical work and light remodeling. (Not in my experience, but other people I know who have worked with him have confirmed this.) Based on how easy it was to work with him on the plumbing work, I also plan to use him for other projects I have that are not plumbing-related.

Endri was wonderful. He is my best case scenario for a contractor. He gave me a very quick appointment and was prompt in arrival. He was professional, knowledgeable, fair and neat. He was very careful about disconnecting the gas stove and making sure that there was absolutely no danger. He explained everything he was doing and showed me the old parts as he removed them. He continuously stressed safety issues as he worked, which I found comforting. I will very definitely have him at the top of my list for go to professionals. I unreservedly recommend him!

I hired Cami Inc. to work on several plumbing issues in my apartment including reattaching my kitchen faucet, repairing a damaged drain assembly and reattaching the water line to my refrigerators ice maker. I also had Endri take a look at my bathroom, which had its own drainage issues, and he cleaned out a clogged pipe there. From the very first communication to the jobs completion, I found Endri to be a true professional. He provided answers to the problems and explanationed the solutions employed. He was as on time, easy to communicate with, and his pricing was reasonable. Best of all, he stands by his work. Ill definitely be keeping Cami Inc. in mind for future plumbing and other maintenance/home improvement projects.
