"I had total of three well known hesting company to assess why i am getting very little heat in two jointing rooms. I slept in that room for three years, with a heating blanket, hat, sweatsuit, sock and lots of blankets. It was the third heating company JJB heating and cooling who figured it out. Now my large room is warmer, the floor watmer and i don't need a heating blanket. Thanks to JJB heating and cooling i can really enjoy my room . It is 72 degrees now. Thank you"

"Douglas and John did an amazing job in a short 2 weeks. Full bath remodel and 3 rooms primed and painted including repairs. They were professional and knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure all the details were covered and completed. The quoted job was on target with price and timeframe. I am pleased with the job and will be scheduling more work in the future. So glad to have found a contractor that I can trust."

"It went fine. We needed to modify the design part way through the project, but even this went smoothly. The builder made sure that there was good communication with the customer (me). The cost was not cheap, but it was worth the cost."

"Wow! We are thrilled with our new porch. Phil and co tackled a beast of a concrete porch on the front of our house and replaced it with a beautiful entry deck. Their attention to detail was impressive, they managed the "surprises" with ease (Oh look, a rotted support timber under your front door. Let's replace that.), and I felt confident throughout that they were committed to doing quality work at a fair price. They kept me apprised of all developments, provided me with informed choices to make throughout, and worked hard to give us something that we'd be happy with for many years. I look forward to more projects with Sanhil. Highly recommended."

Qualified, licensed electricians will charge from $50 to $100 per hour. The cost to hire an electrician for emergency visits may range from $100 to $200 per hour because this urgent service usually takes place during off hours and may require an electrician to leave or reschedule jobs they’re currently working on. Scheduling work on holidays or during periods of high customer demand, like after a major storm, will also lead to higher rates or extra fees.
