"Highly recommended! Received a call immediately and was here working within 1.5 hrs - it was a Saturday. Juan figured out the problem in a short time and had the parts on the truck- he thoroughly check all systems and had our A/C up and running within minutes. I was really happy considering it was a very hot and humid day! He was really professional, nice and answered all my questions. I would definitely (and will) recommend JJB to family and friends. Thanks you!"

Customers say: Super punctual

"I can’t say enough good things about this contractor. They were upfront and honest about problems found along the way. Communication was excellent every step of the way. They came back and fixed little things that were bothering me. I now have a deck and a full bathroom I can enjoy. You won’t go wrong with hiring this contractor."

"My project included: tearing up 30+ year old rugs, installing vinyl planks, ripping out horrible wood paneling along the walls and replacing with drywall, and taking out and adjusting the ceiling panel framework from 2x4 to 2x2. I would recommend Schultz & Sons to anyone I know and would hire again. Doug was very professional and honest to work with. I trusted what he told me and believed that he was looking out for the best interest of the basement project I was having done. He was able to fit my basement project in to his schedule within a short period of time. They were prompt, clean and overall I believed that they cared about the quality of their work which is what any homeowner should want in someone they hire."

"It went fine. We needed to modify the design part way through the project, but even this went smoothly. The builder made sure that there was good communication with the customer (me). The cost was not cheap, but it was worth the cost."

Subcontractors questions, answered by experts

Yes, designers collaborate with contractors and engineers to ensure a smooth construction process.

Stone, marble, and brick are common building materials of Neoclassical architecture, though you will also find wood flooring and a range of natural stone tiles. Since several home styles fall under Neoclassical architects' umbrella, a range of building materials—including traditional wood framing—will make an appearance.

Yes, professionals will offer tailored solutions to fit architectural and personal style preferences.

Most Greek Revival architecture homes are one and a half to two stories, depending on the footprint, which sets them apart from some Federal architecture homes that are three stories. The gabled roof on the second floor can sometimes cut into the living space, especially on smaller homes of this style, which leaves a much smaller living area upstairs.

Builder-grade is one of two types of stock cabinets, whereas semi-custom designs allow homeowners some control over the color, finish, or hardware on their cabinets. Stock cabinets are sold in construction-grade and builder-grade designs. Construction-grade cabinets are usually made from inexpensive medium-density fiberboard, which is prone to moisture damage, whereas builder-grade models are a step up with higher-quality materials. Construction-grade designs are the most common type of cabinets in America.
