They showed up timely. Communicated ahead of time for scheduling and called ahead to let me know timing updates on the day of service. They were very good about covering surfaces while working on our second story ceiling damage over an open stairwell. Very limited cleanup required after they left. Their work was very efficient for what I was expecting. Their patching on a textured ceiling was great, I visually don't see a difference in the patched area. The team that did the work were respectful and communicative during their work. In today's age of lackluster services from other companies, I would gladly do business with them again. Very happy with the experience.

Would definitely recommend Derrick and Dylan again. They were in and out of my home in one day and cleaned up very well after. Very reasonably priced, and the quality of work is phenomenal. We had called many contractors and he was the only one who called back and came out quickly.

They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them. They are a little pricey but they are worth it. Very professional company.

I have recommended Derek and 3d Ceiling Art to several people, and because of this, he has received a good amount of business from my recommendations. In fact, a few months ago I recommended him to my parents as well. Unfortunately, there ended up being a miscommunication between Derek and my parents concerning the finish of the ceiling. I spoke with Derek after the job and told him that he needs to do the right thing and fix it. He said he would NOT fix it because he claims that he did what they told him to do. Obviously, they disagreed with that claim... Eventually, I convinced my parents to LET IT GO and move on. I told Derek that I convinced them to let it go, and he was thankful and appreciative of my help. Or so he told me at the time... Fast forward a few months, to this past week. A couple of days ago I texted Derek and offered him a chance to quote yet another job where I recommended him, and he never replied to the text. I didn't care, there are a lot of companies around town, so I moved on. Today, two days after I texted him, Derek decides to call me and rehash the entire incident (at my parents), and then before hanging up, tells me that I am a terrible person and that he would never work for me again. I had to laugh because all I did was offer him the opportunity to quote a job and get MORE money for his company, and in turn, he decided to be completely unprofessional. Nevermind the fact that he was thankful and appreciative that I convinced my parents to drop the issue a few months ago. I guess he forgot about me helping him. I told him that all he had to do was text me back and say "No thanks" and that would have been it. Or even just ignore the text. That was fine too. There was no reason to call me, no reason to re-hash the incident, no reason to call me a horrible person, no reason to be rude. But instead of doing the right thing, he decided to do the completely unprofessional thing and call me and berate me on the phone. Due to this, I will no longer be recommending anyone to 3D Ceiling Art, and I don't recommend them to anyone reading this review either.

Dillon, Chris and Pete arrived punctually. They did an outstanding job with the ceiling. The job is messy but they covered everything and made sure the job site was cleaned up thoroughly before they left. They were professional and courteous. I would highly recommend 3D Ceiling Art for your ceiling repair needs.

We love this company. We had a spot in our living room where the previous owners must have had a water leak and I finally decided it was time to get the ceiling repaired as well as have our bathroom ceiling redone. We were given several estimates depending on if we just wanted the repairs done, the whole ceiling redone, etc. On the day of the service, we were so impressed with the professionalism of the crew and the speed with which they did the two rooms. The young men where exceptionally polite and cleaned up after themselves. We did notice a couple of spots in the bathroom after they left that weren't quite right and called Darrick. He explained to us how we could easily fix them ourselves or he would come back out and do it. We followed his instructions and voilà problem solved. We would definitely recommend them.

The ceilings look great and there was none of the mess that pulling down the old ceilings would have created. Since coating and the skim coats take a couple of hours over a few days, every evening the owner would call to arrange when his crew would show up the next day. And they did show up, every day exactly on time, finished the work quickly, and cleaned up every day.

Owner Darrick Scott responded within a day to request for a quote to repair cracked seams in ceiling, and explained why re-doing seams was not likely to last long. Recommended covering old ceiling with new drywall, which we agreed was the best option. He and his crew of 3 arrived punctually on the agreed date of service, carefully covered carpeting, base of walls, and other surfaces, installed plastic sheeting over doorway, and had drywall installed and seams sealed within 2 1/2 hrs. Cleaned up work area before leaving. Returned following two days to add second and final coat of "mud" over seams. Expert workmanship, minimal dust. Crew was courteous and friendly. We were extremely pleased with the quality of the job and Darrick would be first on our list for drywall work in the future.

They were thorough and professional. They noticed other problems with
our bedroom ceiling, and they fixed those while they were here for a
minimal extra charge. Our ceiling looks beautiful and new! They sealed
everything off, covered everything completely, and cleaned up after
themselves, even putting down drop cloths all the way up the stairs to
prevent any issues. They arrived when they said they would, completed
the job quickly and completely. We are totally satisfied with their
work. They are great guys, too! They even replaced the bulbs in our
ceiling fan for us! We couldn't be happier with their work.

Bob answered my job and scheduled his review the same day. Best offer ... actually better than I expected. I am so happy with the Angie's list program. And even happier with the service providers in the program.
