John did work for me for a third time on my house. He did everything I asked and when he said it would be done. Always pleased with the work John and Dale do.

JTC first built an excellent side porch/deck to replace unsafe non-functional stairs. Built like a fortress with quality materials. Beautiful Trex Transcend decking. They communicated well and understood our requirements, kept the promised schedule, cleaned up when finished. We were so pleased we decided to have them also build a new front porch, which they completed in short order. John and Dale were a pleasure to work with and we have received numerous compliments on the finished projects. Their prices were not cheap but were fair, and you get what you pay for - top-notch construction done right. We can highly recommend JTC Remodeling, and will call on them for our next project.

John and Dale did a great job with a difficult project. Our bathroom is old and still had all the original stuff, tub, toilet, etc. Even with a few manufacturers issues, they got everything done as quickly and competently as possible. The best part is that John was always on point with staying in touch and responding to every text and call right away. It was a great experience for a remodel.

John and Dale were very hard working and extremely conscientious. My deck design was more complicated than a typical deck, and they were able to meet the challenge very successfully. They were always prompt and would keep me posted if there were any changes with there schedule. I was particularly impressed with the fact they purchased the lumber as needed and took the time to hand select all the lumber to find the best quality boards. And rather than using a board that did not meet their standard, even after being purchased and on site, they routinely returned wood for replacement. They provided high quality work and were always concerned about meeting my expectation as a customer.

Work was done efficiently and with close attention to detail. Even repaired some minor items without additional charge. Price for work was very reasonable. Very satisfied with results.

We are extremely happy with the results of our remodel performed by John Schroeder of JTC Remodeling. We stumbled upon John from a referral of another contractor. He and his brother in law Dale did an exceptional job on a very difficult remodel. John gave me an estimate that was thorough and detailed and at the end of the project there were no surprises. He was on site when he said he would be and didn’t disappear during the job. We renovated an attic space adding a set of stairs from the first level to the attic in our cabin on the Lake. We added a large bedroom, new bathroom, TV area, additional storage, 2 windows, lighting, new outlets, custom shutters, some siding repair and split system Air Conditioning units. Sounds easy, however the floor Joists were not uniform, the space had no insulation at the beginning so it was extremely hot, due to the angles of the roof some of the space was very confining and we had to figure out how to add a set of stairs, plumbing and other items in a very small area. That said, John’s attention to detail solved a major obstacle we had with this project. He consulted with a stair contractor that enabled us to add the staircase without significant impact to our first floor living space. He figured out how to build the stairs to code in a very tight area. John takes his work and reputation seriously. He goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy with the results. He did this job over 6 weeks while we were over 3 hours away. We entrusted him with our house and the $40,000 investment we were making from afar. Like any significant project, we had a few issues come our way, however working through those issues were relatively easy. John has a list of subcontractors that are also very talented and trustworthy. We would not hesitate to hire John again or refer him to anybody

Hire John now! John and his brother-in-law were phenomenal. I needed to repair/rebuild a very old back deck and he came up with a perfect solution that was within my budget. He rebuilt what was rotted and preserved what wasn’t. The finished deck is beautiful and I can’t thank him enough. It’s just what I needed and I will be hiring him again soon. He was honest, punctual and his work/pricing is solid. Very happy that I found John. He’s quite talented.

John and crew were excellent. The damage had occured over many years and was more than expected. He repaired in a timely manner for a reasonable cost and kept us informed every step of the way.

Theres really something be said when you order custom windows, tbe ariive 3 days early, they are installed perfectly, for the exact price quoted. The best is when i realized that he touched up another item that needed attention for me without charge. The only thing left to say is, here are they keys, do my bathroom !!!!

John came and gave me a quote in a very timely manner then started the job as saoon as the weather permitted. I am excited about the raised garden bed he built around my existing deck. It is exactly the way I explained to him that I wanted. The remaining jobs were small odd jobs I needed done that are difficult to find someone to come out to do. He put up my dinner bell, a mail box, an old water pump for a flower bed, and put up boards in my garage and basement so I can put hangers up for gardening tools and other items. I am so excited to have these little things done. I couldn’t have found anyone better suited to do these jobs. I am very please with the cost considering the high cost of treated materials at this time. I highly recommend JTC Remodeling!!

Arrangements to ***** damage / locate and acquire needed supplies / work done in quick and timely nature / carefully / closed in quickly with possible oncoming weather conditions prepared for. Arrangements with John, who had nicely completed previous work on the house done well, had to be completed by phone with service performed quickly to restore roof and keep house tight.

Very well done. Pleased with professional work.

John built the deck well (using screws, not nails) and with precision. Finished soon after starting....no starting and then going somewhere to work on another job.

From my first meeting with John, it was evident that he is very detail-oriented. This project was pretty complex, since there were many different angles to work in adding to the existing structure (ie - nothing was plumb) and it involved a mix of many materials. On top of that it was required that all of the screens were of non-standard size. He and Dale did an excellent job of framing and installing trim, etc where needed and it blended nicely with the existing structure. Due to an extended stretch of bad weather and delays in getting the custom-sized screens from the supplier, the project time frame had to be extended. During the entire process, John communicated often and kept me informed on his plans to complete the work. He had full access to my home while he and Dale worked, and I was out of the house. I trusted them completely, and the job turned out great. Very satisfied overall.
