"Lorenzo did a fantastic job. He removed several ugly spots and the 20 year old carpet looked new again and even smelled good. I will be using Molina's Carpet Cleaning in the future and will recommend the company to my friends."

"When Deven returned to do the job he had an idea of a less expensive way to clean the tile and leave the grout sealed.  He showed us the easy fix (Windex).  He tried it on about 10 tiles, it seemed to work, he suggested we try cleaning all the tile this way and, if it didn't solve the problem he'd come back and do the work.  The charge: Nothing!!!!   He's not only a nice guy, he's a wise and honest business man.  He could have done the work we had agreed to but he had come up with an easier and less expensive (for us) fix.  Two visits to the house, problem solved, and at no cost to us.  He knows flooring and helped us out.  We'll use him again for sure!

"Dale and his son were right on time and began work right away. They deep cleaned three rooms of carpeting in my townhouse, moved some of the light furniture, and removed their equipment after they were finished. Work was done promptly and very professionally -- no hassles, no problems. I've used Royalty before and will continue to use their services."

"The tile in my home was laid poorly and tiles became loose. Over time, the conditioned kept getting worse. Joe and his team came out on numerous occasions as we changed a mind a few times on exactly what we wanted done.  Ultimately tore up the master bathroom, cleaned original tiles and laid them. We had a brand new bathroom floor. We added new carpet on the first floor along with repair and re-grouting throughout the home"

Floor Polishers questions, answered by experts

If your floor is still sticky after mopping, chances are you used too much or too little of the cleaning solution. Using too little won’t get all of the grime off, but using too much can leave its own residue. Refer to the cleaning solution’s instructions and dilute it as directed.

Yes, many services offer waxing as part of the polishing process. Confirm with your provider.

Polishing a concrete floor isn’t as expensive as it sounds—it’s actually one of the more budget-friendly upscale flooring options out there. On average, it costs $4,500, with most projects falling between $1,000 and $8,000 . When you’re working with an existing slab of concrete, you skip material costs entirely, so it’s even more affordable. If you want a glossy, durable floor without paying hardwood or tile prices, polished concrete delivers serious shine without the sticker shock.

Yes, you can polish an old cement floor. However, be aware that the first pass with the concrete grinder may reveal a few surprises and imperfections. You may also have to contend with the consequences of previous floor coverings, such as tile or carpet, which can leave a pattern in the concrete. Old concrete is more likely to produce uneven results if you want to use a dye or other coloring.

Clean your vinyl plank floors at least one to two times per week with a broom, vacuum, or microfiber mop. You can save the mopping and disinfecting for your deeper cleans about two to three times a month. Keep in mind that if you find sticky spots, spills, or stains, it's best to take care of them ASAP.
