Colin went above and beyond to see that carpet was as clean as possible even scrubbing on his knees. The only thing that received a lower mark was price. I thought $165 was a little high for 2 carpets , but to be fair he certainly put time into the cleaning, therefore his total rating as a carpet cleaner should be a 5.

Seventeen carpeted high traffic steps, another bedroom and a floor rug were pretty and bright when Colin was finished with these areas. Exceptionally high traffic area in one bedroom was made to look almost like new. I'm happy. My son, his fiancé, and her little dog occupied this room for about two years and didn't clean the carpet during their stay in this room. Colin is a man of his word; doesn't over or under promise, fiscally reasonable and I will definitely use his services again. I learned he also cleans tile floors.

Colin was professional right from the initial contact through ANGI. He clearly stated what was involved, the exact cost and time it would tke and exactly what the job would entail. When all was said and done, there was no hesitation on my part to include a TIP for a job well done and completely as was stated originally. I highly recommend this business and the individual involved gets 4 stars....for efficiency, honesty and knowing the business and no problems in getting exactly what was to be done......done!
