"These guys are as thorough and professional as they come. Nice people, expert cleaning and competitive pricing. They come in remove and wash all screens, checking for any missing screws or those that need tightening and clean all windows inside and out, including any mirrors in house. I have been using for several years and will continue to do so."

"About two weeks ago, I got my windows cleaned by another company, and that company told me about five windows they could not reach. Max and his crew came over. He spent about 15 minutes looking at the angles to get my windows cleaned. He then proceeded to clean the windows and let me tell you the windows like 100% better. I definitely will be calling them again."

Working as an Airbnb cleaner requires efficiency, attention to detail, and a strong sense of hospitality. Unlike standard housekeeping, the role focuses on preparing a space to feel welcoming and “guest-ready,” ensuring each visitor arrives to a spotless and comfortable environment. This includes deep cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, changing linens, restocking essentials, and staging the space so it looks fresh and inviting. Because turnovers often occur within tight time windows, the job demands strong time management and the ability to follow detailed checklists to maintain consistent quality.\n\nBeyond cleaning, the role contributes directly to guest satisfaction and positive reviews. Airbnb cleaners often report maintenance issues, replace supplies, and ensure the property reflects the host’s standards and brand. Reliability and communication are essential, as hosts depend on cleaners to prepare the property on schedule and alert them to any damages!

"I cannot say enough about how great this company is! I received an immediate phone response after I made an inquiry and I was able to book an appointment that was convenient for me, then Milan followed up with text confirmations and called before arrival, and arrived exactly at the promised time. Our windows in the front of our house have taken years of abuse from sprinkler overspray and had significant hard water damage. They looked cloudy and so dirty after our recent landscape conversion. I was just hoping for some improvement, not expecting miracles. Milan and his wife were able to quickly and efficiently restore the glass to sparkly clean! I can't believe how good the windows look. It's really an amazing transformation! They are both so friendly and kind to work with and I will definitely hire them again to do the windows in the rest of my house and repair my aging solar screens. I am sure my neighbors will be contacting him as well when they see the results on our house!"

"They were great very professional ! Looking forward to having them on a regular monthly schedule. I am a senior and live in a rural community my home had not been deep cleaned for over 3 years. I also have over 100 house plants and lots of stuff. I was so happy to have it so clean. The first deep cleaning was $400 that included $25.00 driving fee because I live far from the city."

"It didn't go well.  First, they were late in arriving. (I was told they would be here at 3 p.m., not that there was a window between 3:00 and 4:30 during which they might arrive.)  I assumed (wrongly) that there would be three people working two hours for a total of six hours per the coupon.  There were only two and they had written instructions that said they were to work for two hours.  They arrived at 4:00 p.m. and by 6:00 p.m. they hadn't even started the downstairs.  I showed them the coupon and explained that two times three equals six and therefore I had another hour coming to me.
The bathroom floor was not cleaned and I noticed this while they were still here, so I had one of them go back up and clean it.  The bathroom countertop was not cleaned; there was hard water residue on the joint between the top and the backsplash which could be easily seen and felt when running my finger across it.  (I removed it with a wet sponge.)  They might have wiped the tub/shower with a rag, but they did not clean it.  They left streaks and shoeprints on the wood floor in the bedroom where they sprayed some cleaner and then stepped in it.
They seemed very proud of their work in the kitchen, but on further inspection they did not clean all of the countertop.  They certainly moved a lot of things around, but didn't bother to actually wipe any surfaces before putting things back.  They did clean the vinyl floor and vacuum the carpets. And they did dust.  I'm thankful for small favors.
By 7:30 p.m. they still were not done downstairs and I was late for an appointment.  I told them to finish cleaning the bathroom, not to bother with the downstairs bedroom at all, and sweep, not wash, the marble and granite floors, and vacuum the downstairs carpet.  Against my explict instructions, they washed the marble floor in the bathroom and the granite floor in the hallway with whatever filthy water was in their bucket.  Later when I looked at the floor I wanted to cry.  It was streaky and dull.  I knew I would have to get down on my hands and knees to clean them properly and get the filthy residue up.
I also asked them to clean the inside surface of the sliding glass door.  This they appear to have done, but not before breaking one of the vertical blinds so it doesn't attach properly at the top anymore and yanking one of them out and leaving it set aside.
Everything they did, they did only part way.  Some of what they did was simply counterproductive.  I just spent two hours this morning cleaning what they did not and what was dirtier after they left than before they got here.
I don't know who is giving this company A ratings, but I suspect they are not people who actually used this service.

Window Cleaning questions, answered by experts

The best thing to clean windows with is a mixture of white vinegar, warm water, and dish soap. This will remove dirt, pollen, and grime without destroying any tints or protective films on your glass. You can also use a commercial window cleaner, but make sure to choose one that doesn’t have ammonia in it, as this can damage window coverings and frame materials over time.

Yes, many professional companies offer high-rise window cleaning using specialized equipment and safety harnesses.

Time varies by number and size of windows but usually 2-4 hours.

Soot can be harder to remove compared to other types of stains given its acidic nature. It can also cause underlying paint to peel off during the cleaning process. If your soot issue is a result of smoke damage, it’s recommended you call a pro to help remove it versus doing it yourself.

A handy hair dryer will quickly remove condensation from your window, but it’s only a temporary fix. The hair dryer maneuver will not repair the root of the window fogging problem, which is likely a broken window seal. If you need to defog the window quickly, such as if guests are coming over, use the hair dryer. However, for a permanent solution, defogging the window or replacing it are the only options.
