D & A arrived promptly.  They were very professional and took a lot of time cleaning the floor.  When they were done, the floor and grout looked outstanding.  They did a great job.

The provider did an excellent job.  He was late, but he stayed until the job was finished and did not rush to get it done.

The original deal was $149, but the extra square footage added another $230. He did an excellent job, but I thought the price was a little high.

It was fantastic. Even though I ran over on my square footage amount, he did not charge me extra, he did it for the cost of the coupon. I have recommended this provider to a number of people already because he was so good. The job he did was excellent. I talked to people who has had their grout cleaned and has said don't expect a whole lot, my grout looks like it was brand new and it's 13 years old. He just did a spectacular job.

I called Deven and we set an appt for him to come by and have a look.  He called to let me know when he was on his way.  He gave us a great price and thoroughly explained the process to us, so we'd know what to expect.  He also let us know that he would call prior to his arrival time to let us know if he'd be exactly on time, as he strives to please each and every customer and after seeing what he can do, folks generally want to "add" something or discuss more services upon seeing for themselves the amazing results.  I am pleased beyond belief and will never get on my hands and knees to scrub a floor again.  We moved in 15 years ago today and that's how "new" my tile and very light colored grout look today.  Thank you Deven!!  And you bet we will be recommending you to all of our business owner friends and neighbors.  Simply fantastic!

I purchased this service as a gift for my daughter.  What she wanted was to have the grout cleaned in both of her condo bathrooms -- shower and tub walls.
The advertisement was for grout cleaning so we assumed that any grout would be okay.  As it turns out, it was for floor tile only as they use a machine to do the work.
Irregardless, my daughter was completely satisfied with the work performed.  She reported that they were super friendly and accommodating.  They did their very best to clean the wall grout and did the floor grout too.  She said they were wonderful and she would definately call them first if she needs her grout cleaned in the future.

Outstanding. Deven completed the job and it looks great. I wanted some upstairs tile cleaned that would have cost extra, but Deven said that I should have some other work done prior to his cleaning......offered to do it if I wanted, but suggested I wait even though it cost him the extra dollars. You do not find that everyday. Thanks!

Did an outstanding job in  cleaning and sealing the tile grout in several rooms.  Two months later, it still sparkles.

We were moving, so the house was empty.  Devon, the owner, was a pleasure to use and did an excellent job.  The carpet looked great after he cleaned it.

Did an excellent job.  Returned promptly to remove a few stains that was discovered afterwards on the lower part of a stainless
 refrig. and dishwasher door.  Highly recomended.

Everything went well.  Darren was the person I worked with.  He was pleasant, took the time to answer all my questions and concerns.  He did an excellent job.  I would most definitely use this company again.  My tile and grout looked brand-new after he completed his job.

When Deven returned to do the job he had an idea of a less expensive way to clean the tile and leave the grout sealed.  He showed us the easy fix (Windex).  He tried it on about 10 tiles, it seemed to work, he suggested we try cleaning all the tile this way and, if it didn't solve the problem he'd come back and do the work.  The charge: Nothing!!!!   He's not only a nice guy, he's a wise and honest business man.  He could have done the work we had agreed to but he had come up with an easier and less expensive (for us) fix.  Two visits to the house, problem solved, and at no cost to us.  He knows flooring and helped us out.  We'll use him again for sure!

Company was very responsive in scheduling service when we needed it done.  Devan came in on time and went right to work.  He did also take time to explain the condition of our tile, what he was doing to address some problem areas and some helpful do's and don'ts for taking care of our tile.  He worked hard and did a great job.  Excellent personality and customer service.  I'd highly recommend Devan and this company.

They were awesome.  Our carpets are older and the staining goes down to the pads but D & A was able to make them look great and they still look good.  The tile and grout had never been professionally cleaned and after seeing the job they did, I wish I had them do the job years ago!

Deven came by and did the job by himself. He came on time and finished within 2 hours as promised. There was little to no odor with the chemicals used and we are extremely satisfied with the job. I would not hesitate to call again.
