They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. "Robert came out and gave us an estimate, it was fair so we moved forward with the plans.  We did make some adjustments to what needed to be done, and they said no problem, we will adjust the quote based on the work that's actually performed.  Nice to have that flexibility as we were planning all of this from out of town.
The employee that came to do the work (or maybe he was sub-contracted, not sure) was a super nice guy named Dave.  We were planning to have the work done on Saturday and Monday, but ran into issues with our flooring not being level, so the work ended up being done Sunday and Monday, with some finalizing on Wednesday.  Dave showed up Sunday morning and got to work. 
The only negative I would say is that Dave/his helper wanted to charge us to remove the empty boxes from the hardwood.  I understood since it wasn't wood we purchased through them, but since we left NV to return to CA on Sunday, we couldn't do this ourselves and it left us with a bit of a dilemma.  The good news is that I mentioned this to Karen/Robert Clark, and when Robert came out to do a final inspection, he took the empty packaging with him.  Great customer service, thank you!
