"When Deven returned to do the job he had an idea of a less expensive way to clean the tile and leave the grout sealed.  He showed us the easy fix (Windex).  He tried it on about 10 tiles, it seemed to work, he suggested we try cleaning all the tile this way and, if it didn't solve the problem he'd come back and do the work.  The charge: Nothing!!!!   He's not only a nice guy, he's a wise and honest business man.  He could have done the work we had agreed to but he had come up with an easier and less expensive (for us) fix.  Two visits to the house, problem solved, and at no cost to us.  He knows flooring and helped us out.  We'll use him again for sure!

"The appointment went swimmingly except for the fact that I chose the wrong service.  My countertops are Corian and therefore are not able to be cleaned and sealed with the techniques that the service provider uses.  It was my own fault as I didn't do enough research on my countertops to know that fact.
In spite of the mistake on my part, Dale, offered to honor the $99 that I spent on this service to perform another service that Royalty offers such as carpet cleaning, tile cleaning, etc.  So I will certainly use my voucher for service in the near future because I've already spent the money technically and because Dale was so nice.

Joe and his team came out on numerous occasions as we changed a mind a few times on exactly what we wanted done.  Ultimately tore up the master bathroom, cleaned original tiles and laid them. We had a brand new bathroom floor. We added new carpet on the first floor along with repair and re-grouting throughout the home"

"My daughter arranged this for me. Two ladies came in for 3 hours and as far as I'm concerned, they did a nice job. 

They did a couple of things that took some time which I hadn't expected they'd do. I have a shelve that has a lot of little teeny knickknacks on it and they cleaned it. If you arrive for work on time, that would be an A.

I wasn't here while they were working, that was my daughters thing. They mopped the floors, cleaned the bathrooms and we have a lot of lights over the mirrors and they cleaned those, they were dusty. Just general cleaning, that's what they were in for. They just took it upon their selves to do that little extra thing. I hadn't expected them to do that, but they did it.
