"A?Team Electricians were fantastic from start to finish. They clearly knew what they were doing and completed our panel upgrade efficiently and cleanly over the course of a few days. Communication was prompt, the team was respectful, and they left the space spotless. Everything passed inspection with no issues. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing reliable electrical work in Las Vegas."

"They put a flood light on that for the pool. They also redid some of the things on the inside, the wiring and put some plates on some boxes that didn't have plates on them. They had to rewire it they had to put a wire out they didn't just replace the flood light. They redid some wiring, to attach the flood light on the out side of the pool building. They didn't have any wiring out there. There was no light out there, so they ran the wiring out there so we could have some light out there. I would absolutly use them again. They do excellent work and their prices are great. I don't know how long it took them, maybe 1 to 2 hours. I talked to him, let him into the pool area, and I don't know how long it took. They showed up on time. The guy that showed up was Victor, I have worked with him before and he is excellent. He showed up on time. He got in and did the work very effecently. He gave me a price, I wasn't sure how much it was going to cost because he had to run and rewire something from one location to another location. He gave me a great price. The work was done, he did a very good professional job. Where he placed the lights, everything was good. Everything was good from the price to the punctuality to his professionalism. And he is a nice guy, he is a nice guy, I really like working with him. It was a small job and I don't imagine it took him very long to clean up."

"This company is my go-to for all low voltage and electrical work. EJ is knowledgeable with more years of experience than most and the ability to find the best solution. He installed in-ceiling speakers for me both inside the house and in the patio. He was able to tone, identify and install them flush and clean. I highly recommend!"

Electrical questions, answered by experts

For most applications, you won’t need a neutral for 240V. There are certain codes and regulations that differ between areas so just because you technically may not need one in order for the device to function properly, it may still be a local requirement. Professionals in your area know the requirements, which is just another reason to hire one instead of taking on a project that is frankly not very DIY-friendly.

The Occupational Safety and Home Administration (OSHA) requires an electrical panel to have a minimum of three feet (36 inches) of room from the front of the panel to the closest obstacle. In this case, the word obstacle refers to nearly everything, including walls, machines, and other fixed objects. Additionally, panels require at least 6½ feet of headroom in the area directly in front of the fixture. These requirements help ensure safe use of the panel and allow electricians plenty of room to work.

Most people don’t think twice when using loose outlets, but they are a safety hazard. Loose outlets can cause issues with the flow of electricity in your home, resulting in electricity jumping from one connection point to another. When this happens, it can cause a spark that could start an electrical fire in your walls.

It’s not recommended to turn off your breaker box in hopes of saving electricity. Breaker boxes were not designed to constantly be switched on and off. Therefore, turning off breakers unnecessarily can cause costly damage that outnumbers any energy savings. Only flip your breakers if absolutely necessary when troubleshooting an electrical issue.

While it’s not mandatory unless you’re purchasing a home, it is important to schedule regular home electrical inspections for safety and to maintain your house’s value. Inspections can reduce fire risk and can help save money on insurance premiums. They can also catch problems before they start, saving money on repairs down the line.
