The grout repair and recoloring gave our dated floor covering a brand new look. The cost of Jessie's service was about 15% of what we were quoted to remove and replace the flooring with vinal plank flooring. We were amazed at the results and have already set up an appointment to clean our carpeting throughout our home after seeing a demo of what our carpeting will look like after being cleaned. I paid Mark in full and he won't finish the job. My point is that since Chris brought Mark to work in my house to finish a job he started, he should be the one calling Mark to finish the job. Hopefully this will be resolved and I will post the outcome as soon as it is."
