"I submitted my request and they he call immediately. They came over to provide the estimate and arrived on time. After discussing my options, we set the schedule and the crew arrived on time. I had just over 900 sq feet of Luxury Vinyl Planks installed. The employees were very professional, polite and their craftsmanship was amazing. I still can't believe that five days ago, I logged onto Home Advisor, and today I have beautiful floors just in time for the new year! "The provider showed up on time. However, he had to leave to go back to office to get proper equipment to clean carpet. Why he didn't have proper equipment, I don't know.
Coupon was a little misleading. Although I purchased a $100 coupon to clean entire house, when provider got there he said it was .20 cents additional for high traffic areas, which came to an additional $114.00.
The job was well done,but I was a little surprised with the additional cost.
