He is responsive and was able to take over our Rachio Sprinkler system in order to fix the sprinklers and drip system and correct many mistakes that had been done by a previous gardener that we appreciated very much. "I had orginally contacted these folks to trim a tree for me. 2 days before they were supposed to come out, the tree came down in a wind storm, and was partially blocking the street. I called Shawn to tell him and see if he could get a crew out sooner, and he had a crew to my place within an hour. Since the job was much bigger, he had to give me a new price, which was fair and reasonable. His crew was great, and when they were finished, you would have never even known there was a BIG tree there. The stump was completely removed and the yard restored. Great service, and fair pricing. What more can you ask for?"
