I am always extremely skeptical of solar companies. I met with multiple companies and Hedgehog is the only one that checked all of my boxes. I’ve heard multiple horror stories about solar, and I wanted a company that (a) was truly local & established (b) offered premium equipment from reputable manufacturers (c) offered me multiple options and (d) pays their sales people hourly instead of by commission. The sales rep I met with offered me multiple options with top tier equipment. They weren’t the cheapest, but anybody that has dealt with contractors knows that home improvement projects are always “you get what you pay for”.

They were really good. They were very gentleman like guy very through after he did the project we requested he went through the whole house to identify any other needs we may have. He did an excellent job.

Went great, guys were polite, friendly, kept me informed of how things were going and occasionally asked for my approval for certain variables. Maybe most important; they cleaned up after they were done. Not a lot of contractors will do that anymore.

We were able to get them to come out the next day after making our appointment. The technician Robert was very knowledgeable and professional . He was great to work with and we were very happy with the work that was done.. We’re doing some remodeling and will be using this company again.

Excellent! They were on time, affordable and explain things very well. They treat you well and the price was reasonable.

They charged me $69 for a quote. I thought that was really high but they wouldn't tell me their labor rate before the appt. They came out and quoted me $3500!!! To install two track lightings. I have existing lights so this isn't a new build. Now I'm out almost $70 and I have nothing done. Also they quoted me $50 per track light when they go for $10 online where they buy them from. Save your money and avoid this business!

They put a flood light on that for the pool. They also redid some of the things on the inside, the wiring and put some plates on some boxes that didn't have plates on them. They had to rewire it they had to put a wire out they didn't just replace the flood light. They redid some wiring, to attach the flood light on the out side of the pool building. They didn't have any wiring out there. There was no light out there, so they ran the wiring out there so we could have some light out there. I would absolutly use them again. They do excellent work and their prices are great. I don't know how long it took them, maybe 1 to 2 hours. I talked to him, let him into the pool area, and I don't know how long it took. They showed up on time. The guy that showed up was Victor, I have worked with him before and he is excellent. He showed up on time. He got in and did the work very effecently. He gave me a price, I wasn't sure how much it was going to cost because he had to run and rewire something from one location to another location. He gave me a great price. The work was done, he did a very good professional job. Where he placed the lights, everything was good. Everything was good from the price to the punctuality to his professionalism. And he is a nice guy, he is a nice guy, I really like working with him. It was a small job and I don't imagine it took him very long to clean up.
