"Kevin took great pains to tell us how things worked and to point out defects. He arrived on time and did a very thorough job. The only thing I dinged him for was that the report was not completed accurately. He listed all the items he found but some of the check boxes we not correct. For example the roof type box was checked tile when it was actually a tin roof. There were many other boxes checked wrong. He did offer to send me a corrected report."
