"This was my 2nd job for our "go to guys" for all of our tv and sound systems projects and once again Elite A/V LLC came though like champs! Erik and Mike arrived on time as agreed to our new home and made sure they didn't track in anything on our new carpets . They were very careful with moving our new furniture as well. They looked at the job we had, made some quick recommendations on how we wanted it to be done and immediately got to work. There was an issue with the tv placement in 1 room due to stud placement, but they were able to get it so close that you couldn't even see the difference. The fact that it was to them and that they informed me of such a minor change really impressed me! Afterwards, they made sure everything was working to my satisfaction even before taking their tools out or even asking for payment, which was exactly what I was quoted and I really appreciated the fact that they didn't like with most specials, once the workmen are in your home they try to upsell you to death. "The tech, Wylie, was a nice and polite young man who did a good job of installing the mount to the wall. He did not understand the Dish Network however, and had to look up the connections with the remote on Dish's online support. He also left a giant cord dangling from the tv to the wall, explaining that he did not know how to hide it in the wall and that I would need another contracter to do that work. The deal I purchased made it sound as if all that was included in the $129. Then I was double charged on my credit card and had to call Hello Tech 6 times to get it resolved. Their automatic phone system is difficult --cut me off after being on hold for 15 minutes. I finally got a very young sounding female who said she would have the accounting department contact me. They did refund the extra charge. One of our tv's then did not work at all, but my son-in-law figured it out and fixed it. I would not recommend this company."

From purchase to installation was a total of 15 days. Roberts crew on the installment were very efficient and professionial , after completion they took all the old windows for disposal.
