This is the second time I have hired Dead on Electric, the first time Mike installed a few can lights which are awesome. This time, I had a chandelier that has about 700 crystals, wired and hung. Nick and Zachery did an excellent job! In addition they were prompt, professional, personable, and very customer service oriented. The chandelier looks so beautiful in my dining room! Thanks guys!

We recently moved to Henderson and although the house is brand new, it needs some electrical upgrades. To get started, I called Dead On Electrical Services to install several light fixtures in the garage, an under-cabinet light in the kitchen and a junction box in a hallway. They were prompt, very tidy and did a flawless job, exactly as I wanted it. Earlier I called another electrician in but didnâ t get the feeling he would do a good job and instead went with Dead On. Iâ m glad I did.

First job I hired them for wasn't an emergency, and they were here within 2 hours. Job was completed with tools & supplies on hand, no trips to the hardware store. Hired them for a second larger job, and although it took longer than anticipated to complete, that was mostly because my wiring that had been done 20 years earlier was a complete mess. They re-wired all of my kitchen lighting and replaced the old can lights with newer LED models. Was very pleased with the work.

The dispatcher was able to get me a same day appointment as requested. The world was done quick and efficiently. They ensured that I had my requests met and if I needed anything, I knew to contact them for the installation they performed. Will certainly use their services for other needs around the house.

Absolutely superb experience with this pro. Customer service responded within minutes of my placing the order, a time was scheduled, and the electrician appeared precisely at the time expected, they called before arriving (as I asked them to do) and every aspect of what I'd asked the Customer Service rep to relay to the electrician doing the work had been passed on the the Pro who showed up at my door. The Pro took minimal time to track down the problem, found the fix to be something simple, and then he showed me how to clean the breaker so it would fully trip into the "OFF" position the next time the breaker needed to indicate it was in fact--OFF. The reinstalled all of the switches into the 4-gang box, made it look perfectly even and balanced. He cleaned off the face plate and the rocker switch faces after installation, and the job was "perfect" and "perfect is good enough." I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician, for any job, large or small. Thanks, "Dead-On Electrical" for doing the job above and beyond what was promised. In a day when it seems we ( as customers) are far less likely to receive even the basics of what we ask for--your Pros did everything right, above and beyond anything I might have expected. Mike did a great job. Fixed all my multiple electric problems (outlets that wouldn t work, overhead fixtures that he changed to LED, a new smoke detector, replaced some porch lights, a wiring problem on a gas heater, and a chandelier that flickered).
