We are extraordinarily impressed with Keith and his crew--every one of them. After obtaining several questionable bids from other corporate-owned companies and nearly ready to give up on the process, a friend suggested Outfitters. They not only installed AC in our nearly 100 year old home without a hitch, but also spent a long while sealing our duct system that, unbeknownst to us, was leaking hot/cold air into our unfinished basement as well as picking up odors. None of the other companies even bothered to look at the condition of our ducts. The air now smells FAR better and our furnace is running much more efficiently than it was before. This was immediately noticeable. We haven't even used the AC yet, but are delighted with the "feels new" performance of our furnace! I will come back to them for maintenance from now on. Extremely pleased to have found them and cannot recommend them highly enough. We feel that the cost of the service they provided was VERY reasonable considering how conscientious and meticulous they were with all aspects of the installation and the duct sealing.
