    FIRST OF ALL EVERYONE WHO WORKS THERE IS EAGER TO HELP. I WAS IN THE MARKET FOR A NEW DISHWASHER A STOVE AND A REFRIGERATOR. WHEN I SAW THE ONES THAT I WANTED I ASKED IF THEY HAD THEM IN STOCK THE SALESPERSON SAID YES WE DO IF YOU SEE IT TODAY YOU CAN HAVE IT TODAY. THEY WERE VERY QUICK ABOUT 20 MINUTES AFTER I GOT HOME FROM THE STORE THEY CALLED AND SAID THAT THEY WERE ON THIER WAY. WHE THEY ARRIVED THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND INSTALLED ALL THE APPLIANCES IN A TIMELY MANNER. I HAVENT A PROBLEM AT ALL WITH THE NEW PURCHASES THAT IVE MADE. THEY ALSO INFORMED ME THAT THEY DONT CONTRACT ANY WORK OUT LIKE THE BIG BOX STORES DO, THAT THEY HAVE THEIR OWN SERVICE STAFF WITH MANY YEARS OF EXPERIANCE. I WOULD DEFINATLEY RECOMMEND THEM..... PLUS IT PAYS TO SHOP LOCAL

    I have been doing business with Bush Appliance since 1999. I have purchased stoves, dishwashers and refrigerators for two separate homes from Bush. I also purchased my freezer, washer, and dryer from them. The fact I returned to them for appliances when I purchased my second home speaks for their excellent service. On the most recent visit to my home, the Bush Appliance repairman was prompt and called me about 15 minutes before arriving as requested. He replaced the broken drawer and adjusted another part that was not operating correctly. He was very professional and courteous. He was respectful of my home and cleaned up after the job, taking away the shipping materials. This was the second time we have had this particular repairman over from Bush Appliance. Previously he came to fix a problem with my front loading washer. On that visit he cleared a filter below the washer drum clogged by small pieces of rubber backing that came off of a throw rug I had laundered. He showed me all the little pieces of rubber in the filter and recommended I inspect my rugs before laundering. I appreciated him taking the time to explain the problem and to help me avoid unnecessary repair costs in the future. Bush is a top notch operation with focus on good customer service. I wish every business I dealt with was as professional and customer oriented as they are. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

    The repairman came a little early , beat us by 5 minutes. He had to drain out the water in washing machine . He opened the washer and in a short amount of time , found the problem { drain pump } , showed it to us and how it was seizing up. He explained how much the part would be and asked if we wanted him to fix the washer and if we wanted to keep the old part .He was done in an hour .

    Before I even purchased anything, the owner of the store came to my new house, looked at the existing appliances, tested them, and recommended what needed to be replaced. Then he worked with me diligently to find the best appliances for me at the best price. He even went so far as to make sure the appliances he was recommending for me would earn me the maximum rebate possible with the current manufacturers rebate program at the time. Once I selected the appliances he gave me a date of when they would be available and they were available that date. His installer brought the dishwasher and installed it. Later I noticed a link under the sink. The installer returned with the store owner, saw the cause of the leak, which was not their doing, and repaired it for me free of charge. The washer and dryer were installed and have worked flawlessly since. I was really pleased with the service I received before the sale, during the sale, and after the sale. Thank You Dependable Maytag!!!

    They do repairs as well. They do the woodwork part of remodeling on the kitchen. They work on the appliances and install all the new stuff. I don't know if they do the flooring or not. They didn't take away the old dryer because I had somebody that I give those things to so they put it in the dryer box for me. I was surprised that they had a competitive price. They have high-end stuffs. I did the high-end stuff and they had the mark up pricing and I was pleased. I've had no problems with the quality so far. It's still working. I went there on a Saturday and I wanted them to install it on a Saturday, but they don't do it on a Saturday and I had to wait. They do what they say they would do. Their punctuality is good. I would use them again in the future depending on the cost.

    Rented a washer and dryer. After being told delivery would be between 12-7, delivery arrived at 7:45 pm. I only found out after I contacted the store at 6:30 that they were behind. Additionally, the delivery people lacked the proper ventilation tubing for the dryer, and told me that I would need to go to Walmart to get the piece and complete the connection myself. (Incidentally, Walmart did not carry the piece.) After getting the dryer ventilation duct the following day, I used the washer--only to find out that it would get stuck in cycles that filled the tub with water and not shut off/continue with the remainder of the cycle. After contacting Aaron's, they brought a replacement out, but again were several hours later than when I was led to believe that they would arrive.

    The first time he came out and said a hose was broken water leaked into freezer section over all my food. He re-attached the water hose and cleaned out freezer from all ice & talked a lot instead of working. They charged $70 for a service call and $80 an hour thereafter. He said it was fixed, he left. Several hours later it was still not working I called him, he came back and said the whole section ( which he did not find the first time) was solid ice and so he de-iced it put it all back together and left puddles of water on the floor and said all fixed & just thru everything back in the freezer. So yes we do have ice; but now the dispenser doesn't work and it did before he started the project. So my lesson learned; I thought I had used them before but had not and am sorry I did not ask cost which I usually do. Never did I expect to pay $80 an hour and the whole $245 was labor no parts needed, to a repairman. Ouch!
